Service was slow. Waited in line for too long. Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps had large pieces of chicken gristle in them and my plate was watery(perhaps the lettuce wasn’t dried?). A disappointing experience at one of my favorite chains.

Disappointing. We’ve enjoyed every Pei Wei we’ve visited except for this one. First, a man came to the counter right before we placed our order and asked for his food, he’d been waiting a half hour. Then the guy taking our order was barely paying attention. But the final aggravation was that our food was awful. Just awful and especially bitter or spoiled tasting. Don’t bother.

Ordered carry out at counter and it took 30 minutes for food to arrive. Food was marginal at best.

This is a great place to have lunch the food is amazing and the people are nice. Prices are not that bad at all. The best part is the food is always cooked fresh not sitting under a hot lamp. If you like a little spicy you sure should try the Kung pow chicken. It is amazing.

Extremely slow. They skip people who have been waiting in line for a while to hand online orders to people. But depending who is working the cash register they will also make people picking up orders wait in line with everyone else. No consistency on the quality of the food. And tonight I watched the cashier hand someone a cup and after the customer took it and touched it all over he gave it back to the cashier. She put the cup back in the stack with all of the other cups.

After placing an order online for the office I still waited 30 minutes after arrival to receive my order only to have multiple orders that were not correct. My order was confirmed at 10:45 am I walked out of Pei Wei at 11:55 am. My order that was correct was cold and soggy the time the last order came out. The manager didn’t even offer a cup of water of a gift card I read some others received. Don’t know if we will be returning.

I love pei wei but would never come back to this location again. Took 30 minutes just to order and waited more than 25 minutes for food to get on table, but still didn’t get it. While waiting, we saw someone picking out hair from their food at that tim We decided to walk out and go to chiptole. Never going back again!

Took 15 minutes just to order as there was nobody by the cash register, yet a bunch of employees kept looking at the line and not really caring. You can’t call it fast casual dining if it isn’t fast. Took another 15 minutes to get my food. Why didn’t I just go to PF Changs? Oh to add, the staff were pretty rude.

Walked in not knowing what time this establishment closed. Turns out they were closing in 15mins(9pm), made extremely clear by the cashier as she growled and moaned the closing time. As a courtesy to the employees that want to get out of the restaurant, I never seat myself when a restaurant is about to close. That’s my choice but I don’t appreciate an employee acting out and being rude. I suggest the management switch up the first point of contact a customer is faced with if she’s not going to be friendly. As a consumer, we all have a choice where to spend our money. These establishments will not be somewhere I spend mine if they can’t offer me kindness and good customer service. If you don’t like your job, find another one.

I’d never actually dined at Pei Wei prior to this instance, but I do remember having the leftover Mongolian Beef my brother shared with me years ago. I generally do not eat at national restaurant chains, but it was for the aforementioned reason that I even considered this place as an option. In fact I was so eager to eat here that I ordered three entrées and three orders of sushi to share between two friends and myself, just so that we could try as many menu items as reasonably possible. Sadly the Pad Thai was the only bad Pad Thai I’d ever eaten; the meat was slightly undercooked and the noodles were too thin. The Kung Pao Shrimp Roll, Mango California Roll, and Spicy Tuna Roll all tasted bland, and were much smaller in diameter than the average sushi roll.(However, this is less of a complaint, given the size was actually commensurate with the pricing.) In fact, our expectations were met only by the highly attentive customer service we received and by the Teriyaki Chicken and Mongolian Beef we ordered.(That thing never disappoints.)

I’ve eaten at plenty of Pei Wei’s in my day. They seem to have gotten worse with time. On this particular visit, I was pleased to see that the menu has been updated and was excited to try the newer version of orange chicken. After waiting to speak with a dull, unfriendly staff member at the register, I ordered my orange chicken and brown rice with a smile, only asking for two modifications: no carrots, add red peppers. Nothing difficult. Simple enough. The rest of my party(the two other people I was with) ordered and we sat down. 15 – 20 minutes later, we see other people being served who came in after us, and we see people that were sitting before we got there doing just that… still sitting. Eventually one of the dishes we ordered came out… and then we kept waiting. About 7 minutes later the second came out. I continued to wait. Another 5 minutes passed before the food runner asked us if we had gotten all our food. Really dude?! Does it look like it? I’m famished and clearly about ready to eat the leg off one of these chairs because I haven’t gotten MY food yet… so no. He apologized, and they brought out my food… with carrots, peppers, and white rice. I was too hungry and miffed to complain. I have to admit though, he did give me a $ 10 gift card to make up for the wait. That was very nice, but still, the trend of crappy service at Pei Wei is continuing. This makes me sad. After I use my $ 10 gift card, I probably won’t go back. I’d rather support a local place anyway.

Different to most reviews here I have cone twice to this location and have no had any issues. Food quality: Good Cleanliness: Good Service: Good, though you buy at the counter and wait to be served so not much interaction I would like for this chain to offer up a bit more varieties on its sides, but that really has nothing to do with this location. Parking can be a bit tough around lunch time so beware. Their spicy sauce is not spicy

I went here a few weeks ago and had an awful experience. The food was not edible and the staff were exceptionally unprofessional and more concerned about socializing with each other then doing their job. I gave the restaurant a second chance. Again, the staff were ignoring customers. I ordered to go. I ordered a dish with tofu. The tofu was so over cooked it was black and difficult to bite. Additionally, the dish, Thai Dynamite, was supposed to come with veggies. Open the container, no veggies. Pei Wei. Two awful experiences. Will not be returning

PF Changs and Pei Wei have always been one of my favorite Asian cuisine spots. However the lack of good management as well as good intentions, not mentioning the lack of desire to help, enthusiasm and cordiality of the employees including the current manager, Randy, is changing my opinion. As a manager of a hotel, my heart is on customer service, apparently not this guy’s. I took a very dear friend to diner tonight, accompanied by his mom, whom I had ask to the restaurant a few times, but always declined, stating that they’ve never had a good experience there or good food for that fact. I convince them any way, cause I was craving the Honey Seared chicken, but what a mistake that was. We stared with the drinks, one of the two soda machines was out, the second one did not have more than half the flavors… I always ask for extra meat on all my dishes because it really is not enough on the regular serving, even if you ask for the larger portion, but when the food arrived, the actual«extra chicken», was 3 small pieces more than the regular portion… That is not worth the extra $. The flavor was much stronger than it normally is and much acidic than I ever remember it being. The fried rice was good tasting but vegetables were not crunchy like they normally are, more like soggy and old tasting. The egg rolls were saturated in grease and not crunchy as one would expect. My friend ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and even though he had not enjoyed them the last time he was there, he gave them another try, well they were over cooked, with a burn flavor, and super salty. There were more green onions than chicken and not too many lettuce leaves. When we told the waitress that his meal was not acceptable, that he rather order something else, the manager,(someone told me his name is Randy), came by the table and told us that if there was a problem with the food, we had to pay the difference on the dish we were re-ordering because it cost extra. $ 1.80 Now, a whole dollar and eighty cents, you would think after having explained to him that the food was unacceptable, and that we were not very happy as well as my constant referral of customers from my hotel to their restaurant, not too mention that I had included a menu of Pei Wei on each room so that guest can learn about the restaurant and go dine there, even after telling him all that & that the food was unacceptable, he said that the rules were the rules and he can not make any exceptions. I told him, I know as a manager my self, to keep a customer happy and coming back, he has the power to make decisions that favored the business, such as a returning costumer been far more valuable than $ 1.80. He said no, that the decision comes from the region manager not from him. I mentioned that when the place first opened, the manager then, who’s card I still have in my office, even arranged deliveries to our hotel when we ordered 5 dishes or more, that’s how much business I was bringing in from my hotel to the restaurant, that I came there quite often and my guest and employees did too, and I can just stop. I told him as a manager he should be more accommodating to patrons who are promoting his business and recommending it and bringing in business, to ensure their continued support, to what he said, «there’s nothing I can do». I was astonished, and said, is not the $ 1.80, is the principal! Put it out of your own pocket if you have to, that’s what I would do in his place, my business appreciates our customers far more that $ 1.80 that is just sad, no wonder all reviews are bad. Im pulling all menus from the hotel, to the trash they go! Good luck to that location, if things keep going this way, with this guy in charge, I give it a couple more months…

Last time I came with 3 of my coworkers for lunch. Two of the coworkers ordered sushi rolls and it took an hour for their orders to be ready. If you ordered sushi from Pei Wei, you’ll know its the basic small 4 – 8 piece basic rolls like spicy tuna. It was very frustrating as I and the fourth coworker sat there not wanting to be rude and eat first, but at the same time was limited in time with our lunch hour. When the sushi finally came out, they got their money back for the rolls, but we all had to rush back to the office. Today was me giving this Pei Wei a second chance. Restaurants are scarce around my job. I figured since I wasn’t ordering sushi, I’d be ok. Just picked up a take out order of Pad Thai from here and half the noodles were hard. So disappointed. I was so hungry too. Raw packaged ramen would have been better. What a waste of money. Never again. Gosh, you suck so much Pei Wei.

Should have looked at the reviews before eating here, single using bathroom, the fountain drinks out of syrup even after telling the employee and«fixing it», the coke zero came out like club soda. Me and my husband ordered 2 shrimp pad Thai, mine with extra bean sprout .when the order arrived his plate had sauce all outside of it and looked half the size of mine. Neither our orders had cilantro nor bean sprout in it. Instead mine had extra noodle and no sauce. I told one of the employees and he said let me tell the chef. 5 min later he came back and asked me to remake the meal. I said ok. 5 min later he came back and said kitchen is out of cilantro and bean sprout!!! Maybe they shouldn’t offer a meal when they are out of the ingredients. Anyways I wasn’t able to eat it due to poor taste. Will not be returning to this store at least. Peiwei is not the same anymore, sad!

The floor is filthy and the tables haven’t been cleaned off from the lunch crowd. If I worked for the help department I would shut them down.
