Don’t call this place! They forgot part of my order but asked to be paid in full at door. With hopes of returning.
Not a big deal but look at what they call eight price wings!
Judge for yourself. Most of the pieces were about a quarter inch big. No chicken inside just breading. $ 6.50 plus tax for this.
Never ever again.
As I’m writing I’m still waiting for the rest of my order.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I ordered a pizza @ 6:41pm and waited 4 and a half hours for nothing. I spoke with staff several times while waiting and they claimed my pizza was its way every time I called. At 11 PM I call and the manager tells me the order was canceled because the driver could not reach me. My family and I were waiting by my phone the whole time and there was NEVER any call. I wish I could speak to the store owner so these ass holes could get fired.

Took half an hour over quoted time, pizza tasted like it was microwaved, and cashier seemed delighted at the fact everyone had to sit and wait for 30+ mins to get their food.

I just ordered delivery and when the pizza got here it was raw. I called to speak to a manager and she asked for my number, said she would give me credit and hung up on me. She never apologized and was extremely rude. How do I get this so called credit?

I ordered from here before, and it was fine. But for the past 2 weeks the poor management is showing through. Three times I tried to order and was told the wait time was from 1.5 hours and 2.5 hours. CRAZY! I finally asked why and the manager said they only had 2 drivers and one couldn’t drive right now. Only 2 drivers working for a company that delivers food? But I decided to give them one more chance. So tonight I tried again. Wait time was down to an hour so I ordered. But 5 minutes later I get a call that they are out of some of the toppings! I’m done. Dominos will be getting my business from now on.

I was waiting for my pizza 1 hour and 35 min. The pizza was cold and really bad. I’ll never order pizza from this place again. Pizza Hut is not gonna be a choice from now on.

I am beyond disappointed. I ordered a pizza at 11:02 pm that was supposed to be delivered by 11:32 pm. It’s not 12:08 am and I still don’t have my food. I attempted to call to check on my order and held for 12 minutes and no one answered. I finally got in touch with the store and was told my order is on the way. There’s no estimate as to when I will receive it. I’ve been told «they are just busy.» What happened to customer service?

Been ordering from here for 3 years. They’ve always been perfect. They always get my order correct & never had to complain about my pizza. I’ll continue to order from this location when I crave to eat unhealthy.

They told me 45mins it took 1 hour 45 mins… I will never order from this place again! They lost business. Also nite the phone system sucks there.
