Pizza Hut

I called for a delivery and the rude, nasty, girl (I guess) answered the phone and hung up on me in the middle of asking her a question. I guess not everyone who commented on this store are wrong.

I ordered my pizza and the lady said it would be an hour and 20 minutes, that was fine. I called again, since my pizza wasn’t yet delivered, and they said it would be 15 – 20 more minutes. They took 40% off. Well, that passed and I called again. The lady wasn’t very sorry. She blamed it on the deliver and said deliver is long. I told her, it had been 2 hours and she finally comped my pizza. Finally, when the driver dropped off my pizza, it was cold and gross. Not good customer service and even worst pizza. I would think twice before ordering from this Pizza Hut location.

I should have read the reviews prior to placing my order… My promise time was 5:53 a 45 minute wait which is acceptable after reading reviews I called at 6pm to ensure that it would arrive on time at which point in time they told me it will be arriving at 6:30 pm, 6:30 passed no pizza that’s almost an hour and a half

Literally the most unprofessional, low class Pizza Hut in south Florida. They took almost three hours to deliver our food, then left because our community was «gated» even though the gate was in fact open all night. Then they proceeded to cancel our order and hang up after a request for a redelivery. When we called and asked to speak to a manager they hung up on us twice! We thought it would be best to drive over to the Pizza Hut since obviously nothing was going to get accomplished over the phone. We arrived at 11:55pm and we were told they were closed, the door was locked, and we were met with aggression. Mind you their online system reported our estimated «delivery» time to be 11:56 pm and their closing hours to be 12:00am, which means we should have still been able to receive our food. The women working at this particular location claiming to be the «manager» should be ashamed of herself. She did not handle the situation as if she were in a position that represents Pizza Hut but that of a lazy child too tired to do her job. It is obvious customer service is not a priority to them and I would not only not recommend anyone to eat here I would advise Pizza Hut to think about changing the managment. It is clear with the rating this particular store is getting it is tarnishing your previously strong name.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery on a Sunday night. Very disappointing; will not ever order from this location again. Our order was missing 2 pizzas. Never order from here.

Not happy!!! It’s Wednesday night and it took well over an hour to get my pizza, when it finally got here, guess what. COLD. Tried calling twice. Both times I was put on hold, and no one picked back up, but needless to say, the garlic dipping sauce was delicious

No good as for chicken wings and took for ever they gave me the wrong sauce and my wings and fries were cold

Top notch pizza, top notch service! Great lunch prices too! A must have!

Horrible place, I ordered over the phone and they said it would take an hour and a half and I said ok. 2hrs later nothing so I called them and they kept hanging up on me, like they would pick up the phone and drop it back down, this happened 3 times in a row (and they never came). This place has got to go.

Seriously… we placed an order online for carryout… they said the order will be ready on 15 min. they took almost an hour… we were waiting for it on restaurant… they dont even apologized or anything…

Terrible service! Waited over an hour and did not receive so called to Check on it and they had no trace of our order although they took our credit card number gladly. When confronted kindly about it,
I described who I spoke with when placing order and the employee argued with me!!! Very rude and refused to offer complimentary or any sort of resolution. Terrible business! Needless to say
Two hours later, 12 hungry folks and no pizza! Will not use this facility again, EVER!!!

The pizza was awesome and the chicken wings were delicious! I ordered delivery at 11:00 pm so I wasn’t expecting it to be amazing or anything since it was so late but it honestly surprised me with 1) how delicious everything was and 2) with how fast it arrived (28 mins). I definitely recommend this location over the other pizza hut locations!

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while– Did they change their formula/​recipe or something? The pizza was paper thin and tasted like plastic… Not to mention it was cold. The price was cheaper than what I normally pay for a large pizza so I guess I got what I paid for.
The only thing that was ok was delivery time– They made it over a decent time considering that I ordered on a Saturday night.

Never order from this Pizza Hut. They always take over 1 hour and a half even when they promise delivery in 1 hour or less. Their customer service is the absolute worst! They don’t care about your feedback, and you barely understand their staff.

This Pizza Hut is a good location. There is dine in as well although I have never seen a lot of people eating there. The food is good and so is the service. They have pretty good TVs too for the people to watch TV and eat food. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a good pizza in Fort Lauderdale.

The most consistently good Pizza Hut we’ve ever eaten at. This place has caused us to become a fan of the pan again. We hadn’t eaten at a Pizza Hut in years and were pleasantly surprised with the pizza and service upon trying this one. Despite it being nowhere near our house, we’ve traveled here for lunch six times in the past year and have never had anything less than a great tasting, properly cooked pan pizza that’s served piping hot. The wife orders a plain cheese personal pan with a root beer that’s ideal for one and I’m an olive, peperoni and mushroom paired with a Mountain Dew. On one occasion, our server remembered four separate pizza orders with separate drinks without writing anything down and was spot on. Hopefully he’s now running corporate. If you’ve never had a Pizza Hut pizza or have fallen out of love over the years, it’s time to rekindle the flame under the red roof. This location accommodates dine in or take out and is very reasonably priced and has adequate parking.

I had a business meeting scheduled nearby at Boston Market but that place was in the mix and busy and you could not park, so we darted over here and ducked in to talk fundraising, helping kids with AIDS, and video production.
The brand is tired and played and old. The pizza dough was moist, and under-​cooked, and too damn thick even though it was «classic /​regular.» FAIL.
Not many choices on the menu, either.
I am just not a fan of corporate pizza like the Hut. I prefer a hand-​tossed, old-​fashioned pizza pie with FRESH ingredients. Basically, I want my pie served by someone who is PROUD of what they are making, not an operation that tries to squeeze profits over taste and quality of product.
Three people were visibly working when I was there, with probably 10 customers at 3 tables, most of the remaining tables hadn’t been cleaned and flies were abundant.
I won’t patronize another Pizza Hut and enable this travesty if I can help it.
Time for a merger or massive re-​brand IMO.

Ordered a pizza and it took two hours to get, driver did not have drinks, managers kept saying that the pizza was out the door every time we called which was about a half hour apart. when we finally got the pizza it was cold. driver was rude, AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT!!!

Had to wait over an hour and a half for two pizza’s and wings on a Wednesday night. When they finally arrived, the driver didn’t have the wings and had to go back to the store and didn’t return for another 40 minutes.

Food takes forever!!! Hours. And people in the restaurant are not very nice, makes you want to only get delivery
