Victoria is an awesome designer. available Thursday-Sunday. This store can be very busy on evenings and weekends. It’s best to go in the morning or early afternoon during the week if you want design assistance.
Products are high quality, but expensive. Sign up for their credit card to accrue cash back rewards for future purchases. There is a shipping/surcharge on almost everything. Special orders take 2 – 3 months to receive. Patience is important!

Though I’m a porcelain guy, not a pottery type, and though one name sort of encompasses the other, I have to say that this is one of the better places to find it regardless of the distinctions. But beyond pottery, this store is chucked full of all sorts of other household, decorator, gift, and unique items. Over the years I’ve made a good many purchases here and have been pleased with the price and quality of every one of them. Also, every time I have been in, the wait staff has not only proved to be customer friendly but helpful as well.
When caught with a last minute rush in order to buy a gift for a birthday or a wedding, Potter Barn is a good place to look.
