If I could rate negative I would. The management team (store, district, and even regional) are not properly trained on soft skills and the are not honorable. (It should not have to go that far for a dollar special). Don’t waste your time. Check out value store on sunrise Blvd. If looking for a special.

This place doesn’t even get one star! RENTER BEWARE! Do not rent a unit here. I have been renting a space since 2006 and each month I pay on time. The last two ones I have even paid a day early and they slapped with me a $ 20.00 late fee. Now they are stating I have to pay the late fee or my unit will go up for auction. Then each year your bill goes up $ 10 and now each month they add another $ 2.00. The real kicker is they let new people move in your $ 49 or $ 59, but raise all the people’s rent that have been good customers. No one answers the phone and when they do call back it’s at ridiculous times like on on a Sunday.
