Great cozy atmosphere & delicious coffee paired with quick & friendly service. I was in town on Valentine’s Day & stopped in for a latte– I left with a great coffee & a rose! I thought it was very sweet of them to hand out roses to everyone coming in.

It was okay… Maybe because I came later in the day the staff was just«Eh». Coffee was decent. Would I go back again? Maybe. If I was in the area. But would I travel across town again just to go there? Probably not.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I had a red eye with cashew milk and it was so creamy and smooth. I was studying for a big test and the caffeine brought me right back to life! They were playing funky reggae music which put me in a great mood. The overall ambiance was chill, can’t wait to go back and try some of their vegan pastries.

Sip perpetually pursues the pinnacle of percolated perfection by preparing the preponderance of their potions with a precisely picked plethora of palate participants.(It means good.) Dispel your preconceived notions about brewing chemistry and flavor matrices. Let a wholesome latte fill the void in your neural pathway where that useless information previously existed. Dream up any combination of caramel, cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, mint, etc. and let this steaming Java Co do what they do best; brew a mean cup of joe.

Great coffee shop. A bit hidden. Just wish it was a little bigger. I feel like everybody is sitting on top of each other. I love the fact this is a local company with only one shop. Definitely need to support these small local businesses. Delicious coffee.

Sip Java is my favorite local coffee shop that is within walking distance from our house! They grind up really delicious and fresh coffee beans then brew it for that vitality cup! Located on the corner space in the Victoria Park Shoppes connected and next to Nails Lux & Jamba Juice there is free lot parking. They have outdoor seating with loungers and tables depending on your preference. Pups are always welcome! Once inside I really like the layout having the counter in the middle and seating on both sides compared to one big room. If you are spending sometime inside this makes your space feel more private and personal. The café itself gives off an intimate relaxed atmosphere! There are lots of options for seating; Bar-Top/Comfy Sofas/Tables/High Tops! Giving you plenty of room for working, enjoying your goodies, or relaxing from a stressful day. The employees here are awesome! Smiling and always upbeat ready to take your order! They have Iced Coffee Growlers to take home to enjoy which are priced at $ 6 for a great value and be sure to return them for a deposit! We love getting these to-go at the beginning of the weekend and being able to have Ready to Pour fresh coffee! This morning arriving around 8:30am on a Saturday we got there at the same time as the bakery delivery man and ohh man all of these pastries are seriously fresh! Still warm from Gran Forno Bakery the girls were so sweet to let me pick out my very own still warm Blueberry Lemon Muffin! Did I mention it was still warm!!! So deliciously fluffy inside with huge Blueberries and a Golden Brown Muffin Top! Definitely an amazing way to start off your morning! The coffee to me is perfect! My two favorites on the menu is their Iced Good Karma and Electric Shock! Both with Vanilla and Cinnamon but the ES comes with added Caramel! They also make Seasonal Coffee Drinks and have Dairy Free options. Every coffee I have ordered comes out excellent without having to add anything to it. Again, with their Iced Coffee Growlers to go at home, I never need to add anything! Pure Coffee Goodness! In addition to their Pastries and Coffee they also offer a small menu with Panini’s, Sandwiches, Breakfast Items, Craft Beer, and More! PS: Don’t forget to ask them for a Punch Card! Buy 10 Coffee’s, Get the 11th for Free! For Great Coffee, Outstanding Bakery Case, Personable Service, and Good Vibes. Sip the Java!

Highly recommend. Lattes are delish. Also picked up a bottle of Cold brew to enjoy at home. Will definitely be back here to try the other tempting lattes and treats on the menu. Such a cute, cozy little spot and the staff are so sweet.

Run of the mill coffee shop. Good location with indoor and outdoor seating. Average baked goods, decent coffee selection. No complaints, but no raving review.

Love the coffee here. They have alternatives to milk also. Their almond milk latte is AMAZING! Really cool vibe and cozy atmosphere. WiFi avaliable and outside seating too. Friendly service with great beristas. If you’re looking for a good cup of Joe, need to get some studying done, or just looking for a place to chill Sip Java Co. Is a great spot.

I spend A LOT of time here so I have to give them five stars. The staff at Sip are amazing. The coffee is delicious. The place makes you want to hang out for hours. Come in any time of day and have a cup of something warm and tasty. Try the pastries brought in from a local bakery. Sit back and people watch. Either way you should be happy because this place rocks.

I’m new to Fort Lauderdale, but so far this is my favorite coffee joint. It is really cute place to sit, get a coffee(and/or tea, pastry, sandwich) and study. My wife and I have been coming here on Sundays to read and get work done. It’s pretty quiet and the other customers are typically friendly and polite. The coffee and food are great… my favorite drink is the hot Canadian(which I had to try since I am married to a hot Canadian) which is sweet with just a hint of maple syrup. Best of all is their customer service… everyone working there is so nice, friendly and helpful. It is a very relaxing environment where you feel at home. I highly recommend.

Great find!!! This place has a truly relaxing atmosphere inside and out and the staff are super friendly. I went with the cold brew coffee and it is 5 stars plus! Food and other items on the menu looked tasty. I am excited to try more here and if you are in the area and want some good coffee and or a place to work from this one is a winner!

Really yummy coffee selections including frapps and other flavorful choices. Cute décor with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Food is great! Service might be a little slow at times, but everything is really fresh. Cool place to sit and chill for a while while you sip on your coffee. Great to get some work done if you wanna try something other than Starbucks.

I ordered the traditional latte. It was roasted and very bold. I like my coffee strong so that was great. Loved the atmosphere here. They have plenty of tables and couches where you can sit and enjoy your coffee or get some work done. There is also an outdoor seating area. Service is great, baristas are friendly and are happy to make suggestions. I loved the modern feel to it, not to mention that it is bright. Also, they have family games under some of the tables(e.g. Monopoly, Scrabble, etc) great for when you are coming with a group of friends. For now, I only gave it a 4 star since it is mostly based on their service and only one drink. I will have to come back to try the other drinks and also the pastries. Next time I will try their avocado toast since someone mentioned those were excellent. And plus I love avocados! By the way, for those who said they don’t have wifi, they do. You just have to ask for their password.

«You have a rape whistle?! I want 1!», the barista yells across the café to her coworker. Yep, I was mortified too. I’m all for fighting against misogny, obviously, and good for her, you go glen coco. But there’s a time and place for everything, and that’s not in a quiet café. That unpleasant reality of the R word is not something I want to ponder on while i’m sipping on some fantastic coffee, and that’s exactly what it is. Their coffee is just effortless honestly. I feel a weight roll off the shoulder once I take a sip. Their goat cheese panini is so creative and savory, I bought the ingredients myself to make it at home. The goat cheese portion is generous, the bread is fresh, and all the ingredients work super well together. Well, not only their outburst was unappealing, but the batista also putting her body weight on to the table where the register is, texting. I don’t give 2 hoots if you text on the clock as long as you do werk. But don’t be cocky, lean on the table, making a very visible display for all the patrons to see. I ordered the goat cheese panini again on my 2nd visit, but tried the double chocolate cupcake. It was so soft and rich, absolutely delish. They don’t have the cupcakes labeled. So, 5 stars for quality and selection, but 2 for service so averaging 3 stars. I would deff return, but hopefully I’m not fed unwanted information again.

This place must have changed hands in the past few months, because it used to be called Brew, now it’s called Sip. No big deal. Most of the beverages are the same, most of the food tastes the same, but you can tell that the management and staff have changed. The new owners appear to be Eastern European and have a heavy accent-I was laughing hysterically as one of the apparent regulars was clearly flirting with the sales girl in what sounded like Russian or Czech. This is not a place where I will come often seeing as it isn’t really near my house but it’s a stone’s throw from one of my offices. They have some interesting microbrewery coffees that aren’t bad and I have had one of the breakfast sandwiches(when it was Brew) that was pretty damn good. I do find it oddly irritating that they don’t seem to provide you with free wifi(that I could tell). They seem very techie using the ipads with Square to checkout, but in the 5 – 10 minutes I sat in here, I quickly opened up my ipad and it appeared that the wifi was a locked/secured network. Boo. Also, the Square app is cool and all, but it automatically expects between a 15−30% tip. You can choose none, but then it becomes immediately apparent to the person serving you. I’m a tipper when it’s necessary but pouring me drip coffee really has never been an avenue where I see a need to tip on the regular, and 30% is outrageous in any scenario. Outstanding barista that makes my hell morning better and makes me smile or slips me an extra espresso for free? Sure. tip. Not a bad place to grab a cup of Joe though, smaller and cooler than a Starbs and likely less crowded but I’m not crazy enough to try coming here at 6:30 am on a Tuesday.

Loving this place. Cute and friendly staff. Lots of #basicwhitegirls. But those are my people. Lots of seating. In doors and out. Comfortable. Wifi. Good people watching. Great coffee. Avo toast is delish and well made. Can’t wait to try more things here and it’s right across the street so I’ll be a regular for sure.

When I heard that Brew closed it’s doors at this location I wasn’t too concerned — they had really neglected it after the C&I location opened up. I figured another cool biz would open in it’s place and I was right! I’m glad a big chain didn’t snatch this location up. Instead we got another independent coffee spot in BPB! Awesome! I came in during the later part of the afternoon. The place was really packed — no where to sit really. There were all the usual characters: folks chatting each other up, others clicking on laptop keys and some simply reading while sipping their coffee. I went with an iced mocha — and it was solid. They use great coffee and the drink wasn’t overly sweet. Really friendly/quick staff. Parking seemed a little more difficult than it used to be — possibly because the place was packed. But it’s a large lot, so you are sure to find a space.

One Saturday morning, this man back there behind the counter made me the best completely foamless latte I ever had here, or anywhere, for that matter. Then another day, a young lady did the same thing. Perfectest no foam drinks. I’m mentally allergic to foam, to me its like drinking a dirty cloud for no reason. I just don’t like it. And too many other places either can’t or won’t make a completely foamless latte, like I asked them to perform some mystical ceremony or something over my drink to make the foam be gone that they don’t have time or effort to do. I digress. I’ve been coming to this coffee shop since before it was Sip and I must say that the service has brightened a bit and the changes in décor and design are lovely, still comfy cozy. They have a case full of baked goodies, from cupcakes to the regular croissant variants. Today I tried some eye crossing banana bread that a server ran though the toaster for me. It was so fresh and moist, you could taste the ripe bananas, it was so good to me. Hope they keep that, take my money! Looks like they still use intelligista for the coffee drinks, its still so good. I like they use the touch screen cashier station, you can add a tip to your credit card total for us cashless folks. Love!

Sipping the Electric Shock(caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon). Its delicious but I wish it was hotter. I also got the banana bread. The flavor seemed artificial as if they used a flavoring not a real banana. The place is cute, chill, and funky. They have some games and a table if you were to come with a group.
