I’m not the type to write reviews for every little item I purchase or every encounter I have with a business but I recently had an amazing experience with Sound and Lighting Solutions and I HAD to share it with others. On March 1, 2016 I made a purchase from Sound and Lighting Solutions and I had the pleasure of dealing with Jay Krause. Jay was both incredibly knowledgeable and courteous and I cannot BELIEVE how quickly he had my items delivered (one day… no exaggeration). On top of this, Jay followed up with me to make sure that everything was in working order and to my liking (this is something that isn’t necessary but was certainly appreciated). Thank you for your professionalism! I certainly plan on using Sound and Lighting Solutions again in the future and, without hesitation, I give them the highest recommendations for courtesy and customer service.
