This place was one of the most inefficiently run airport food establishments I have seen in a very long time. Had a 6:55 flight flight with an hour and 20 minutes to spare, so thought we would grab a quick bite. Wrong — the line was so long, but what made it longer was the people working. One girl manning the cash register and one guy making pizzas. It took 30 minutes to get though about 15 people and another 10 to just get rung up for 2 pre-made sandwiches and pizza. Not only were the employees rude, they were completely unhelpful. Someone asked for ranch, and the reply was«We don’t have any — Chili’s does.» WTF. I don’t complain much, but this was a very poorly run place that I don’t recommend trying when waiting at this airport for a flight, you are better off at Dunkin Donuts. I hope the manager sees this post and tries to changes things.

This section of the airport needs an overhaul, it’s like a bad food court in a old mall that nobody goes to, but it’s actually nearest to the Virgin Airlines gates. After getting bad customer service trying to get a table at Chilies Too, we decided on Spinaci’s Fine food for breakfast. We ordered the eggs, bacon and potatoes which was cooked probably 8 hours before and kept heating the entire time. The eggs were dried out, the bacon was dehydrated and looked like greasy jerky. The potatoes, most likely frozen before microwaved were edible. The options around this terminal are pretty awful, period.

The place looked good, and I smelled the pizza from the airport entrance. Very misleading… The pizza tasted like they slapped the thing together and threw it on the ceiling before serving it to me. Lol tasted pretty yucky. Alot of grain sticking to it, barely warm even after being in the oven, and I could barely understand the two ladies speaking in another language, and when I asked for pasta bolinese they said they didn’t have any! WTF. Annoyed.

You only get two choices in this terminal and after reading the terrible reviews on both I decided to go with pizza because there was no line and the girl behind the counter smiled when I walked up. For me service was excellent. I don’t know how it gets when it is busy but there were two employees working when I was there. One taking orders and serving and the other making the food. People complaining about a line need to realize that pizza only cooks so fast. They can fit so much on a rack but I’d imagine if they got a sudden rush they could fall behind pretty quickly. Anyways the server, Vanessa, was very friendly and welcoming. She even kept her cool when these three drunk macho guys came up to her and made lame jokes and acted like jerks while they were ordering. The pizza itself wasn’t bad. Not something to brag about but not something to complain about either. It’s pretty hard to mess up pizza. I am giving this 4 stats because it exceeded my expectations and was a good experience considering it was in an airport with little competition.

Food: 2 Décor: 2 Service: 2 Grabbed lunch here since it seemed the best option in the terminal. 1. Turkey sandwich ~Mediocre. Turkey, cheese, and lettuce. Although the sandwiches are premade, they toast them, which makes them slightly better. Service was disappointing.

Avoid this place if at all possible. I’ll equipped to handle a modest(8 – 10) crowd. No organization whatsoever. Need an automated system to keep orders straight. Plenty of irritated, hungry passengers wondering if this was the best pizza ever since there were many people waiting.

It’s just ok. You’re at an airport. High traffic on a Sunday leaving Lauderdale. You really need to manage your expectations. We split a veggie omelette and you need to share as it is HUGE. Food wasn’t bad but the way you order and pick up makes NOSENSE. Sorry gang. You walk up sort of order get moved to the far right to pay then come back to the same place to pick up. You wind up walking over everybody. Very frustrating to many. Didn’t bother me too much but if u read other posts you’ll notice the same thoughts I had a chance to directly witness. Would I go back? Don’t know. Maybe. Not voluntarily but at this point if we stop back we know what to expect.

Really slow, rude, stupid, people that couldn’t care less about you, your food, or their jobs. Avoid at all costs. If its a matter of life and death, strongly consider starving to death. You will be happier I’m the long run

You know, every business has one thing that they are at least decent at, but Spinaci’s is SHITTY! Fresh pasta from the toilet. You are going to board your flight in an hour and you want a bite to eat. You see Spinaci’s and figure that you’ll have a pizza or pasta. You wait in a line that curves around the terminal, so you figure it must be good. After all that waiting the dopey lady tells you that you were in the wrong place. I did a double take. There are hordes of people crowding in tons of lines that have no markings. Finally after being reprimanded for being in the wrong place, and cut by two rude families, you get charged upwards of ten dollars for pizza. You wait for some exorbitant time before mustering up the courage to ask the unfriendly staff when your pizza will be done. After another twenty minutes, you finally get a pizza. After all the wait you expect it to be good and SPLECH! I cannot describe how utterly disgusting the food was. Inedible! I don’t think that anyone is going to be reading reviews to determine where they are eating at the airport. But I hope that someone either of the corporation that Spinaci’s is based in, or from the airport reads this to know how terrible it is. Dogs get fed better!

**BADCUSTOMERSERVICEFORSUBPARPIZZA** Our flight was delayed due to the weather and we were hungry hungry hippos. So we decided to grab a pizza to share. Ordered, paid, and waited. And waited, waited AND waited. WTF. Asked the person who was making the pizza how long it would take. «7 minutes» he muttered without looking up. So we waited for a total of 25 minutes until I asked for the manager. Apparently, our order was NEVER registered. We got a free pizza as a result. The pizza wasn’t THAT bad, but the customer service was. NOTRECOMMEND.

so. my flight was delayed and i was hungry so i decided to go here to get a pizza. for about 10 bucks you can get a personal pizza that can easily be split between two people. it comes with 8 slices. split a veggie pizza with 1 other person. the pizza crust was suuuuuper soggy. even right out of the oven. it seemed like the dough wasn’t cooked all the way. the wait was about 10 minutes and i would have gladly waited longer if it would have made the dough better. the toppings were red onion, mushroom, tomato, and bell peppers. it looked better than it tasted. i think i’ll give in to chili’s to go next time i have to eat at the airport.
