I was disappointed in the lack of breakfast options in this airport. I decided to go to Starbucks and was very disappointed. The line was long and there was not enough workers for the amount of people ordering. I got a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and it was cold. Fruit flies were flying around the milk station. I’d suggest somewhere else but you are very limited.

Had my favourite coffee today when I got here before my trip home. Staff were very quick and and spot on with my beverage. Thanks Starbucks for making it easy.

I was very surprised to see 2 stars at a Starbucks, well maybe not so surprised at an airport location. While many customers complained about the service on Unilocal,I got to see it myself. This morning, this Starbucks had a steady line of about 10 – 15 people, but they appeared to be well staffed with 6 ladies behind the counter. A gentleman was trying to ask our cashier if someone could fill the cream container. Our cashier shot back with some words that someone would handle it. I could tell the customer didn’t appreciate it and it sounded very rude. We ordered one regular coffee and one hot moca, one bacon sandwich, almond croissant and one oatmeal cookie. We got 2 bacon sandwiches from the cashier — close but not right. After two more attempts she got the almond croissant and bacon sandwich right, but we later found out it wasn’t oatmeal cookie but a chocolate chip cookie… She messed that up too. The Moca came out about 7 minutes later and was prepared just fine. I think Starbucks management at this location needs to pay attention to these post. I give them two stars for the food mistakes that have never happen to me at a Starbucks before…(I’ve had an occasional coffee mix-up a couple of times in 20 years. By the way, the cashier took back one of the bacon sandwiches, hope she didn’t give it to another customer — just let your customers keep the food…

I thought it was annoying after I ordered my over priced Chia Tea Latte the server rang me up– she asked for more money than what the pricing said on the menu board. I asked her if she had charged me correctly for my order. I was told the«prices changed» as she looked at me like I had three heads. I would like to think I am not the first person to ask this question. Starbucks managers should take note of this issue because it is wrong & probably illegal to post one price and charge another.

The worst Starbucks around! Service is horrible! They should put another coffee company here and properly train their staff!!!

Super slow service for an airport location — ordered shaken sweet tea and got warm tea in a Trenta cup with a couple of ice cubes that survived being dumped in hot tea. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry-because these Starbucker’s are super slow.

Only HMS Host could take a no-brainer like a Starbucks and hire surly people with skills that wouldn’t qualify them for hire at a company store and take the brand down like the Titanic.

When Evan the barista is in the house, YOUWILLKNOWIT. He rocks!!! This guy will pick you up personally, no matter how bad your day. Yea it’s in an airport, don’t expect anything too fancy. But I will stop by every single time I’m in FL just to hear him.

I had a terrible experience(waiting) at Starbucks! I love Starbucks, the quality of service, and of course the drinks. I have found that at airports, Starbucks is usually MORE on top of things and better equip to handle a large volume of people. However, I was leaving Ft. Lauderdale on a Tuesday and waited in line for a very long time(about 20 minutes). I couldn’t imagine the stress of being a barista so I do not want to bash them; rather, I would suggest that they have more baristas in the morning for a better and more efficient flow us customers! I hope this helps! :)

No short sizes sold here. I’ve not been able to buy a short of anything at any airport I’ve visited. What does this mean? A forced, tall $ 5.03 nonfat green tea latte, no classic – more than what I want. But I get it anyway. Because this is what I love about Starbucks: Baristas soulfully singing. Business travelers stressed on keyboards between sips. The richness of having my name spelled incorrectly on cups.. . That’s the best.

Worse service ever. Out of tea. No apologies. No I will make it for you in a few. Line so long. Employee on a personal call. Just awful. I love Starbucks and go to them everyday and everywhere. So disappointed before my flight with this location.

Stopped here this morning for pre-flight caffeine. The coffee and drinks are your typical Starbucks drinks, good. The service was pretty bad though. Everyone had a bad attitude. I personally saw the girl making my drink texting while also trying to make the drink at the same time. She only stopped texting when she almost spilled a whole container on the floor.

Usual products but rude uncaring service. The only reason these people have a job is because travelers are a captive audience.

It’s a small Starbucks in the Fort Lauderdale airport. I only visited the one time, and everything was good with my order. It was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff was friendly enough. If I am at FLL again, I’ll visit them again.

When people are in a bad mood I try extra hard to smile and say thank you. I try and engage with because I worked retail. I know the drill and customer service is about 50% of what I rate when I go anywhere. This Starbucks was not only on the dirtier side with dust on the counter, the girls staffing it were super slow(one person in line) and the greetings were the most lackluster I dealt with on our trip. My tea was fine, but unless this is your worst day ever, attempt to give some customer service? Just a little? Please?

Expensive Coffee At Airport Locations! SITREP On my way home from Ft. Lauderdale, getting ready to settle in for an overnighter at the airport until my 5:30am flight back to Sacramento(via Atlanta, via LAX, *gah*). THESETUP This is your typical Starbucks«branded”-adjunct in-store(like the ones in other airports, in mall corners, at Safeways or other grocery stores, etc.) location. DOWNSCALEDOPTIONS Barely bigger than a kiosk. It only has the basic menu pastry items(no sandwiches, no pressed juices, etc.). AIRPORTGAUGING But in a scenario like this, for some reason, there is this misconception that Starbucks in Airports(and to be fair, ANYCHAIN, like Burger King, Chili’s, etc.) can gauge you an extra 25%-50% location. Sorry. I don’t buy that«Market-Demand» misperception. You charge more because you use that as an excuse. The Starbucks just down the road a mile from the airport has regular pricing and they’re just as far for any supply truck to travel to as well. THELOWDOWN When a business at a location like an airport and a mall uses that location as an excuse to gauge their customers, they’re getting 2-STARS.

May the universe throw good vibes to these baristas! I cannot imagine the stress and annoyance they must feel having to deal with the general public if every day was like the day I visited. It’s 8:30am. Your FLL Terminal 1 choices for breakfast and coffee are VERY limited. But Starbucks… oh the shining beacon of light for caffeine and pastry fiends alike! Naturally, everyone is drawn like moth to flame to this small Starbucks with its long and winding line. Maybe there are 30 people ahead of you… it’s okay! It’s Starbucks! Then you realize what you’re dealing with. Travelers can be selfish, rude, incompetent and truly believe the world revolves around them. Perplexed and befuddled as to why their Grande-Double Shot-Skinny-Five Pumps-Caramel-Macchiato-HOLD THE WHIP-Frappuccino isn’t the first drink off the line in a queue of 15+, well… they can be flat out absurd. There is no good place to stand and wait for your order, so it got a little crowded and cramped. And then you have the aforementioned customers who wait AT the counter and continue to back up the line instead of waiting at the end behind people who have been waiting before them. It really just takes some common sense, people. Even though they spelled my name wrong, they got my order right in a timely manner(all things considered) and that’s all I cared about. Thank you FLL baristas!

If you are traveling out of FLL, Starbucks is there to perk up your day! We had been in and out of this airport several times during the holiday season. As busy as an airport location of Starbucks is, the lady remembered us clearly! I had to compliment her on how impressive that is being she deals with a large number of customers daily. Needless to say the customer service here was great. As usual, Starbucks have been consistent with their drinks from location to location. I’m always happy with my morning caffeine. Once again I’m thankful for Starbucks!
