BEWARE!
If you search Unilocal there is another Tech Air that says «closed» which has the same physical address and phone number as this «new» business
The real reason is that the owners got in a fight and split up, one keeping the Tech Air name, and I wound up paying the price for it
The new company is a shell of the former company and cannot be relied upon to do anything right
I had a service contract with them, and almost every single time someone came out it was a different tech, so I had to show them my units and start over again
A unit leaks coolant– they can’t find the leak
A unit gets serviced– four hours later there is a flood because «a hose got disconnected» or «the drain plug got clogged»
Always some excuse requiring multiple visits by multiple technicians
Enough already

I literally called this company at the last possible moment to come in and finish work my original contractor was unable to finish. Not only did they SAVE ME big time (I had to have the a/​c finished for a home inspection) but they came in and finished someone else’s work (not something easy to find someone to do).
Larry was an animal! He worked a solid 6 hours until 7:30 at night and the a/​c was cranked up literally as the inspector was finishing and walking out the door.
I cannot recommend this company enough. So rare to find this type of commitment to customer service!
