The Roasted Fig

The Roasted Fig caters a monthly meeting I attend. I’ve also had the opportunity to sample some of their food at a festival and other local events. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing! The presentation is beautiful and you can tell Chef Freddy takes great pride in his work. The other thing that makes Chef Freddy unique is that I’m always willing to try his dishes. Not a huge fan if ceviche– I LOVE his! I really don’t care for sweet potatoes but I gave them a try and his mashed sweet potatoes with spice was FANTASTIC! I always look forward to what he’s going to come up with next!
If you’re looking to cater an office lunch, event, or even just an intimate dinner at home– I highly recommend The Roasted Fig. They work within any budget and I know they use only top quality products. I also just learned they do meal service plan for the week. I may have to try that!

Chef Freddy prepared a birthday diner for my husband which was amazing. We started with the shrimp cocktail paired with a a mango habanero chutney and lamb lollipops for the appetizer course followed by an amazing flame kissed Caesar salad and ending with the grilled marinated skirt steak topped with chimicurri sauce. Awesome night! Awesome service! Amazing food! !

My favorite caterers! I use The Roasted Fig for my lunch meetings every other week for 40+ people. Week after week, everyone in our meeting is impressed with the quality and taste. It’s not your usual bland lunch you get everywhere else. Chef Freddy makes amazing food for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
