Though the women here may dress in a provocative manner, the food was not something that will bring me here again. It is best used as nothing more than a bar with some average bar food. The service was very good and the staff was very well mannered. I would go again for a drink or two and maybe an small plate of something, but that would be the extent of it.

Terrible. If you’re looking for a pub, look elsewhere. Service is mediocre, the music was too loud, the place was empty for a Thursday night and the food was bland and tasteless. My husband ordered a sandwich, it was edible but not fantastic. My food was inedible, no flavor. I also ordered a martini, seriously, it’s not the most difficult drink to make. Awful. I have no words. The manager was kind enough to come by the table and take away the only thing that was good, my fries. They did remove the food from our check, which was a surprise but, I’m still starving and sad.

We went in because we got an email for customer appreciation for 2 free drinks if you wear your fan gear. We wore our gear, had a friend meet up with us that didn’t drink, drank and ate and when we went to check out we were told that the coupon was only for Bud Light. The coupon didn’t say anything about certain exclusions apply. The female manager came over and was not very nice. I think she said something along the lines of «well it doesn’t say it is for just any drink does it?» She was extremely rude. Normally when we come in here the place is empty. With bait and switch deals like this, I can understand why!

I came here with an out of town guest on Saturday night for dinner and to watch some football. We arrived at around 8:30 and were seated right away, as the place was only about ½ full. Our server was there right away to take drink orders and she was fast, friendly and fun to deal with all evening. Tilted Kilt features guys in black t-shirts, kilts and boots, and ladies dressed in halter top t-shirts or plaid bikini tops and kilts. I was expecting something akin to Hooters, but on this night the ladies weren’t quite as well endowed, and they were wearing more clothing. Perhaps that was because this was one of those rare, colder S. FL weekends and they didn’t want to catch cold? I had the fish and chips and my buddy got an order of wings. While the portions were large, the fish and chips were average, with a fair amount of breading that I ended up discarding. They offered tartar sauce for the fish and each table has malt vinegar on it along with the other usual condiments. While the attire of the wait staff might be one selling point for the Tilted Kilt, I also believe this place has more screens then most any other sports bar or pub I’ve been to. From our table alone, I think I counted 21 screens that we were able to view, and toward the front of the dining area they have a giant screen which is several feet wide and nearly floor to ceiling. Prices were fair: Domestic drafts were $ 6, pints of cider were $ 7, fish and chips were $ 12 as were the wings and fries.

We went in later on a football Sunday and sat at the bar. We were a small group, Kim was our bartender. She was very attentive and quick with refills and prompt with other requests. Beer was cold and fresh, mixed drinks had an appropriate amount of liquor. We ordered a good selection of foods. We started with chips and salsa. Very good. For entrees, we ordered chicken fingers(very nicely breaded and tasty), Fish and chips(same, the fish was very moist and very good), and a Buffalo style chicken sandwich(I forget the name, but again, perfectly breaded and seasoned, not dripping in sauce, and very well prepared). We watched the end of the afternoon games and a portion of the late game. Again, we were very happy with the service and the food. We’ll be back.

If you are looking for TV’s and drinks to watch sporting events, you are coming to the right place. Looking for food, go someplace else. Sub par bar food, non attentive service. Great location in downtown Fort Lauderdale, drink, don’t eat.

I came here today(12÷12÷15) to watch the Army-Navy game. The bartender was great. As soon as I got close to the end of my beer, she had another one there for me. The food was great. I ordered the Irish Nachos and the Double Dare Burger. The nachos were nice and crispy with plenty of cheese and a nice spicy kick to them. The burger was huge! The meat was juicy and tender and seasoned wonderfully. The bacon was perfectly crispy, just the way I like it. And the kilt burner sauce… a great flavor addition to the burger. At the end of the Army-Navy game, both teams traditionally sing their fight songs. Most bars that I have been to for the game turn the sound off and go back to the music at this time. But not the Tilted Kilt. They waited until after that part was over to switch off the game sound. Thank you to the staff for giving us that time and allowing us to revel in victory. I will definitely be coming back here for more games.

oh man what a terrible waste of space. its big and nice inside and outside as well. i only come here for sporting events and each time i do i wanna slice my own throat. the service is basically non existent, minimal deals on beer or booze during games, the food almost inedible regardless of what you order. plenty of TVs to catch the game but man i’d rather go anywhere else than here. i sincerely do not believe this place will last unless drastic changes are made asap in regards to their concept/service/food/booze being reevaluated.

You try to like a place or give them a chance but every time I come here I get the worst service. And I understand during big games like Gator games it might take awhile but even when it’s slow the service is so slow. The quality of food is ok eh nothing to get crazy about. The one food option during Gator games is they have a beer special where you purchase a hard cup from the gator club and pay for unlimited refills for $ 15 bucks I believe for bud light or shock top, this if you like those beers it’s a pretty good deal if you spend a few hours there. The place is super big so plenty of seating with lots of TVs but as far as food and service go, this is certainly to deter you from coming back.

Wow who ever thought the titled kilt would be ranked so low! The reason the place is getting at least two stars is the build out is great. However the food is okay. I had their new menu items and they need to go back to the drawing board. I felt like I just went to the store and bought«store bought discounted food». I had better I college. As for the beer prices, over priced. A bucket of beers is $ 25 for domestic. A Guinness is $ 8. Plus you have to pay $ 4 for parking. The service is poor no attention that you should receive. I will be back if I am bored because of the space or a client begs me.

Ducked in twice thus far, once for dinner with legendary football player Steve Gorrie, and another time during a day-drinking birthday party and it was a fine time, here’s why: * BIG * New * Clean * Excellent service from Kilted hotties. They have live music on the weekends and like 33-zillion TVs, so the place is good to watch football. I hated the $ 7 valet when there were many, many spots. I parked next door at Autonation for $ 5 and nobody rifled through my stuff. I had well-done chicken wings and a kale salad and had to buy Gorrie’s food because he’s a hump and it cost $ 75 bucks with tips and drinks. I am not a fan of the deep-fryer, Costco /Sysco /Restaurant Depot fare /menu, but I’m a bit of a food snob. Attractive staff, Cabeza OUT!

Downtown for lunch during the week so not busy at all. This place was great and atmosphere was great. Yea a little easier on the eyes than Twin Peaks was honestly but I’m talking more TVs and size and capacity. This place had the largest am I until of TVs I’ve seen in a restaurant. Pretzel and cheese not as good as Twin Peaks. Garlic Parm fries were pretty good. Menu for burgers was great they had a large selection and some special ones for limited time on top of that. I got the Fried egg pub burger which was cooked great. Not as good on taste of the actual burger as Burger and Beer joint but in size and taste it was still good. Egg was perfectly yoky. Coke products again I swear no one believes in a Mountain Dew and burger combo. Can’t wait for Kilt ro open up in Davie on University soon. I will be back. Done till the next one

We went to the Tilted Kilt for a bachelorette party. Every single person on their staff were accommodating and excited to make our night a success. To include the valet drivers who helped us unload our car and kept it upfront until we were finished before parking it so we didn’t have to walk far. Our waitress was fun and friendly and didn’t give us attitude no matter how rowdy and drunk we got. The buser’s provided extra glasses and any other request we had during setup. We also ordered food(along with our many drinks) I ordered the black bean veggie wrap with sweet potato fries. It was delicious. If you want to have a fun event with friendly staff give Adam at Tilted Kilt a call and they will deliver! Thanks for a great night!

Great for watching games, grabbing a drink and a bite. Its a fun place and the food is pretty good. But the girls/servers are not the best.

It’s important to mention that the pictures that the owner is post of girls are not the ones that work at this location. There are no girls that look like that working in the place. A last ditch, desperate attempt at survival, but you can only fool people once. ½ empty on a Dolphin’s sunday. They’re going to have to start figuring out the point of staying open, since the point of a business is to make money.

My husband and friends went here for dinner last night, two of them had salads and became VIOLENTLYILL. I called the manager just as an FYI(not like we wanted free food or anything! Yuck), but he was a jerk saying«And? That could have been from up to 72 hours before.» Yeah because eating the same thing and being sick at the same time doesn’t make sense for food poisoning… whatever. He took their names and said he would«make note of it» but there wasn’t a single apology, no I’m terribly sorry, nothing but attitude. Nice job. Btw, I’m assuming he was the same manager from last night that was rude because they asked to turn the music off to watch the football game and they got attitude for that. If it’s not the same guy then this restaurant has a real problem with their management attitude.

I found the food here to be the minimally acceptable standard for pub food. Coupled with average service, that makes Tilted Kilt a «low» three star for me. I had the pulled pork sandwich and upgraded to onion rings as my side. All of this was merely fine. Very«chain restaurant» tasting. The meat was not particularly flavorful, and the BBQ sauce I slathered it with didn’t add all that much either. Onion rings were. .. onion rings. But dusted with parm for some reason. And undersalted a tad. It turns out that the servers here wear revealing outfits; there is something of a Hooters-esque business model at Tilted Kilt. But — you wouldn’t know this from the exterior of the restaurant. So I found this to be a surprise. So. .. be aware.

When Tilted Kilt came to the Riverfront area it was fun, upbeat, and always bustling but now it seems they can not keep business flowing. The last several times visiting, this large sports bar was barely moving at all. The girls do not seem engaged in being there and it actually is quite stale inside. The location itself is great being close to lots of parking and in the heart of downtown with Himmarshee St and Las Olas on either side which is walkable to nearby bars! Parking includes several parking garages across the street(the cheapest route), street parking, and they also offer Valet for $ 5. Do not expect a friendly Valet driver– The size of this location is huge with outdoor patio seating, an indoor/outdoor smaller dining area with a smaller but decent size bar and then also a large dining room with a huge bar towards the back. Every wall is lined with huge TV’s and trust me, you will not miss a second of the game! The girls/service tends to be helpless and uninterested at best. The staff seems a lot more interested in gossip and chit chat then helping paying customers get another drink. Also, if a complaint is made expect some push back from your bartender/server. Last time we visited while sitting at the bar one of the people I was with was drinking a glass of wine and was not finished with it but the bartender took the half empty glass and tossed it. This is where the male servers seems to shine a bit more and just gave our friend another glass of wine since the girl bartender was arguing back and forth with our friend. So I am really not sure what happened to this place as our first two visits when they were first open were awesome but coming back it is just not the same anymore and not worth the prices. It’s hard to find anything gOOd to look at except for the large TV screens.

My cousin was in town from England and after drinking at some near by establishments and trying to figure out where to go next I remembered Tilted Kilt. I figured we needed to see if any of our Scottish relatives were working ;) and my cousin thought the concept sounded great to him lol. First thing to note, like Dara B. mentioned — this place is HUGE! Despite it being about 9pm on a Friday night it was pretty dead however… but I have a feeling it can get packed for big sporting events. We headed to one of the bars and stayed there all night. Again, this place was pretty empty so I was a little disappointed when the two bartenders seemed slightly more interested in talking to each other and the other staff bouncing around than always giving us attention. I didn’t order food, nor did I see a food menu so I can’t comment on that. But I did like the fact that they had a drink menu with various shots and beers listed. I tried the Cinnamon Toast shot which was quite good. In the end, we definitely had a great time regardless, due to the great company of other Unilocalers — Michael C, Goldie C, Philip G, and Ed who happened to be in the area and saw my check in. I won’t be rushing back, but if someone suggests grabbing a drink here or watching a game I’d be fine with it!

I can’t think of many places I’d rather watch the big game but at this place, which is a nice addition to the Fort Lauderdale downtown area. It’s a large sports bar facility with lots of TV’s, pretty good food(I like those soft pretzels), and an impressive beer selection. I like this place. I visited twice, and they’re really good about making sure your needs are met. On both visits, they tuned the TV in front of me with the game I was interested in. My last visit was on New Years Day, and I stopped in to view the Wisconsin Badgers game. My team won, which made this particular visit even better.
