I don’t think a person who is not even an legit employee at this store should be handling food. The guy also acts like he owns the place and gives attitudes to the customers. Get a real job. You sore loser.

Smaller 7 – 11 located in Whiteman Plaza strip mall. There’s a lack of courtesy and customer service at this store. Can we say«thank you» after someone buys something. Cashier barely acknowledged me today and it’s not the first time.

THIS7-ELEVEN ISWORTHFORGETTEN! OK, so this is a convenience store, so your expectation for service is not at its highest. Basically you expect to pick something off the shelf and walk to the cashier to pay for it. It doesn’t get any simpler than that. If you don’t see it on the shelf, they don’t have it. When you go to the cashier to make your purchase, they scan the item which you selected. So they don’t even have to know any of the prices. All this guy needs to do is give you correct change. He rings me up for an energy drink and some gum and the total comes out to $ 8 and change and I hand him a $ 20 bill. So now I’m expecting the guy to give me back $ 11 and change. Instead he gives me back $ 1 and change! So I call him out on it, and tell him to give me my other $ 10 that he shorted me. And he tells that I only gave him a $ 10 bill. I knew he was mistaken because I had stopped at the ATM the night before and all that gives you are $ 20 bills. So now I’m not backing down and I tell him you’ve got cameras all over this place! You’re so sure that you’re right? Pull the freakin’ tapes and we’ll see who is right here! Well, after all of that he gave me my other $ 10 bill as change. From now on any time I make a purchase there I just use a credit card, because I don’t want to deal with another guy trying to short me my change. And besides, I’d rather get the points on my card anyway …
