Not good not awful. It’s literally a 3 min walk from my place. Parking has become challenging on the ground floor due to the addition of a gym next door. There’s parking in the garage downstairs, so you may want to opt for that route– especially when it’s raining, as there’s an elevator that takes you straight into DR.
They have a pretty good inventory and there’s usually not that many people. The short staffing seems to be mainly due to the lack of customers here. CVS usually has at least triple the amount of foot traffic, and they also have more staff. I used to pick up my prescription here out of convenience but I now get it from CVS in my work office building. DR’s coupon system also sucks– I want cash rewards!
The nail polishes have to be replaced– the separation is so clearly visible, I wouldn’t use it if it were free!

I’ve always found it to be understaffed and on occasion, have had to chase down an employee to ring me up. I’ve also seen expired over the counter medicines out for sale. Otherwise, they have a large selection of merchandise.

This is my go-​to location when picking up medication. The place is always organized, clean and spacious. I’ve never had any issues with the staff. On the other hand, the customer service is top notch and the pharmacists are efficient, helpful and accommodating. There have been multiple times when the pharmacist went out of her way to assist me and this is exactly why I keep going back. Certainly undeserving of a low review when I’ve received such quality service from the pharmacists and the staff.

I have finally had enough with the surly head pharmacist. The other pharmacist is helpful but there is always a 50% chance of the mean one being there. Now fill my Rx elsewhere.

The checkout woman refused to accept my ID for some reason at this location. It was very frustrating. She was also pretty rude.
