To be honest, we have ordered here a few times just for a convenient pizza place and this time will be the last. We ordered our large pizza, mozzarella sticks and garlic knots. When the order came I was in shock. The mozzarella sticks were missing and the garlic knots were in a squished paper bag. Not only were the garlic knots cold but there were only 3 of them instead of 4. The pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard. Considering I live less than half a mile away, everything should be HOT. I called to ask what happened to my order and was told that the reason there were only 3 garlic knots is because that’s all they had unless I wanted to wait a long time. Probably one of the most unprofessional things I have ever been told. I immediately asked for a refund. I was offered a credit but seriously? If the service was this poor what would make me order again. I ended up with a refund of 1 garlic knot and the mozz sticks. Unreal.

As a high schooler, I eat here every other day. Personal favorites are Garlic and olive oil pasta, chicken roll, and chicken sandwich combo. The place gets really busy during lunch hours, but the staff and Dan remains very friendly! If you’re coming for a quick bite, half pasta size is still big enough for one serving!

I placed a delivery order through a third party website. Ordered a three topping pizza (2 topping pizza with extra one topping). Also ordered a set of buffalo wings. For the price I paid the size was reasonable, and the topping was well portioned (not bad but not great). Buffalo wings were not bad either. Delivery was done in timely manner.
As a local pizza joint, I see myself ordering from this place once in a while.

I have to tell you, my mother loves this pizza. When I visit her and cannot come up with a takeout idea– Cuginos BBQ pizza comes up every time. Their crust is really excellent, is it the greatest pizza in the world– no. Is it a great fir a pizza made by non-​Italians in a NJ strip mall– yes, & you know what I am okay with that.

2nd time I ordered in 2 weeks and my food came ICE cold. Philly steak wasnt cooked all the way and was Ice cold. The chicken fingers and fries were cooked but arrived ICE cold. The soda was freaking Hot for some reason. and the Rice balls were under cooked. Im done with this place officially

I’ve been coming here for several years and stop in whenever I’m in Fort Lee. I LOVE the slices here and the staff is always friendly and happy to see me right from the first visit.
I wish you guys had a Rockland location. Bravo!

Live two blocks away but delivery took 1 hour 45 minutes. food was inedible and they forgot the drink i ordered. Guess im going to the other 7 pizza places around here for food.

We ordered from here for a catering event for my daughter s birthday. A special shout out to Malik to helping us set up the menu and help order a variety of pastas and salads. Well within range of what I expected and tasted awesome. Highly recommended. All the guests loved the food without exceptions.
Go for it. You won’t go wrong.

this place used to be decent now it is just horrible. the customer service is absolutely horrible. the owner is extremely rude! I got a fountain Diet Coke and it was disgustingly flat and I asked if I can get a bottle instead since it was not good. no apology and charged me a $ 1 extra. when the food was ready (20) minutes later they threw it on a tray and screamed out the order. salad was not bad but my husbands food was burnt and they were cheap w the calzone. all dough barely any meat AND they refused to give me a box and said they had to wrap it in the back. that is very shady!!! never going there again!
Btw they are not even Italian!

The food here is OK, the penne vodka is my favorite. I tried the salad once and it wasn’t especially good or bad. Waiting times for your food can take a while, though. It’s a convenient place to stop by if you’re hungry and close by.

Worst place to eat! Avoid at all cost! They food taste horrible, everything is frozen. They don’t even take your orders right. They take hours to deliver your food by the time you get it, it’s pretty much cold!
save your money and go to Linwood Pizza! You won’t regret! Amazing food. Cugino’s has the most trashy food you can find but again you get for what you paid. If you want nasty food and nasty customer service for cheap than go to Cugino’s.

Not only is the pizza disgusting today… Regular slices are hard as a rock (like a cracker with too much sauce and some cheese) and the Sicilian (if you can call it that) is literally inedible… But the 2 men behind the counter are so busy talking to their friend and looking at all of her vacation photos to pay attention to paying customers. My co-​worker and I usually have lunch here a few times a week. Not anymore, that’s for sure! When finally got someone’s attention to complain about the Sicilian being inedible, I was told «what do you want — there’s too much cheese on it so its gonna be mushy». He takes the slice, throws a handful a cheese on top of it and puts it in the oven for a few mins and gives it back to me burnt on the bottom with tin foil pieces stuck to it. Puke. No thanks.

Came here after reading some pretty good reviews and wanting to try out a new pizza joint; I wasn’t too impressed.
The pizza is alright, but nothing to rave about like some of the reviews. The crust tasted different to me for some reason (maybe I’m just weird).
If you live close by, it’s still a good place to go. Just don’t expect to be blown away after reading some good reviews.

So I saw all the great reviews and people saying this is amazing with such high rating. The pizza was just ok. It wasn’t amazing. It tasted old. I’ve had good pizza, and at $ 3 a slice, I better get some good stuff. I had the meatball pizza and it is not a game changer. Don’t even exaggerate about the food.
I’m not saying it’s bad. If you need pizza, definitely come out. Better than Linwood. Still rather go to Big Red tomato.
