Pizza Hut

…Ordered online… waited 45 minutes… the driver called and said he would be there in a couple of minutes…30 minutes later he never came… during the wait I called the store and asked about my order and told them the situation. They told me he was on his way… I waited 20 minutes… called back… they had returned my order… I will never order here again.

I won’t order from them again. We had great service the very first time we ordered, and that was the last time! They are always behind schedule, anywhere from 15 – 45 minutes. Delivery drivers often forget the additional condiments that we PAY for. The only solution? To wait until they get all the way back to the store and send them back out. Oh, the pizza is cold then? Well, that’s just too bad. I wouldn’t recommend them to any one. Service is terrible and half the time you can tell the pizza and breadsticks have been sitting out. They obviously need a new staff and/​or management.

Cold pizza, I was told it would be here in 30 minutes and should wait outside for the driver who showed up an hour later who lost his pen so I had to get him one and while I ran to my room he left my pizza on top of his car in the freaking rain and to top it off I open it up wrong crust Plus’s it had pepperoni on it when I ordered ham and pineapple ugh never again… this pizza hut gets two thumbs DOWN!!!

Today, I tried to send a family some pizza, as a surprise treat, by my credit card. I ordered it online, paid for it and then called the company and stated it was a surprise, but I could verify everything that they needed to ensure it was getting there. BUT NO! Apparently, you CANNOT order pizza for other people on your credit card unless you’re physically THERE TO SHOW YOUR CARD.
Maybe this family I was trying to order this for was in dire need of food. Maybe someone was very ill and I was buying pizza so they didn’t have to worry about dinner. What if this person just got LAID OFF and I wanted to cheer them up a bit?
So you’re telling me, if I ordered a pizza for a homeless man, I couldn’t get it delivered to him because he doesn’t have my card?
I was there to validate it, what’s the problem? Pizza Hut will never get our military dollars, and neither will anyone that I know of either.

I usually order from here twice a month. When I had no topping and just puffed up bread from my pizza and I called this pizza Hut. They transferred me to the manager and I told her that my pizza was messed up. Well since I did a carry out they wanted me to come pick up the pizza they messed up. I told her why should I come pick up something yall messed up? She said well we charge a delivery fee. I said once again why should I have to pay for something you messed up? She asked me why I didn’t check my pizza before I left. I said why didn’t your quality control catch this? She had no response. She insisted that I pay a delivery charge for their mistake. I told her that I couldn’t pick it up because I had already been drinking. She gave me so much attitude like it was my fault that I had messed up the pizza. Maybe if you would check your workers or have someone to say hey this pizza is not right, instead of just saying eff it send it out, I would order from here again. I’ll pay the extra money to dominoes or papa johns. This restaurant caters to nothing but soldiers so they get business whether or not it’s quality or not because they know that they are going to make money either way. So their quality control and management needs to be Reevaluated, because this isn’t the first time they have messed up our order, but this is the last straw. Needless to say I didn’t pay a delivery charge and I got my pizza but the manager gave me so much attitude about their mess up, I had to write about it. If I spend my money on your products I expect it to be quality. Next time I’ll just go to papa johns. At least they have respect for their customers.

Really bad service tonight. Waited close to 2 hours for a pizza. That is insane. Watched as another order that was placed after mine get taking of just because they went up to the from and complained. I least the pizza was free.

This is a regular Pizza Hut restaurant. Service is sometimes slow but that’s because they are extremely busy serving the military and making deliveries. The food still comes fresh and hot.

Okay, so you pretty much have either the choice of eating at Froots or here if you’re trying to get something to eat at the food court of Fort Lee’s smaller PX. But I will slap you through the internet if you proclaim that Pizza Hut is better. It just baffles me why anybody would want to eat here instead, but finally my friend insisted that we settle down here for dinner one afternoon and so I was forced to eat unhealthy food for one meal.
We got a large thin pizza here with jalapeño, chicken, mushrooms, and pineapple. Because of their «$ 11 any pizza, any size» deal, the subtotal only came to eleven dollars for this pizza. Tax was $ 1.02, so it was only $ 12.02 for a pizza that fed two people. They were also able to keep the jalapeño and chicken toppings entirely to one half of the pizza while having the mushrooms and pineapple only on the other side as we had asked.
Another cool thing of them to do was to provide us with a bunch of moist towelettes, as obviously pizza is finger food and the men’s bathroom in this PX happens to always be out of soap. So I’m actually pretty satisfied with my one time eating pizza here. It’s not a regular occurrence, though. I would still advise going to Froots for food as they have healthier food as well as a larger variety.

First of all, the people who were working while I was there were unprofessional and rude. They have no idea about their own menu what they sell… Every upgrade of toppings they had no idea how to add for additional toppings… Just told me I could not upgrade pizzas at an extra cost. The food was fine. Just standard but the staff def require more training about their job and professionalism. There are tons of competition and the managers and leadership of this facility need to be aware that this behavior loses customers. I will not be going back and I highly recommend an off post option.

Food came fast and was good could have been prepared a little better but definitely better than the defac

Staff was friendly food was delicious and hot.

Slow, improperly cooked, short on toppings. Clearly this place is making its money off new Soldiers desperate for something other than the DFAC.
