Food is delicious! Had four cheese pizza, chicken parm over penne and also eggplant parm over penne — Prices are a little pricy but it’s totally worth it since the portions are huge! Definitely plenty to have lunch the next day. And food was wonderful! Got delivery and it took under a half hour — I totally recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

The best chicken Sorrentino I have ever tried!!! They also have this amazing lemon sorbet that comes inside and actual lemon.

They have the best food here. The pizza is good, but the food is outstanding! Will, his family, and staff are all great. My husband also thinks they have the best cannoli.

Good authentic Italian food and they deliver! Everything is made fresh right in front of you! Highly recommended for great take out or dine in.

Ok– here is the overview of our dinner. The complimentary bread– so hard and tastes like nothing. Horrible. Since we came for some pasta and pizza we gave it a hope though. Soon our food came out. My bf ordered some pasta which i forgot the name, but regardless, it was the most bland pasta we have ever had. On top of that the sauce was too heavy and thick. And I ordered penne vodka, and it was just OK– I’ve had better and had a higher expectation. The waiter wasn’t very attentive and didn’t ask how the food came out at all. First and last time here. Won’t come back.

Really fresh food here. I think I never had a better penne vodka elsewhere. Very well made and surprisingly light in the stomach compared to other creamier pasta.
Thankfully the weather was nice and we sat outside which has a very relaxing feel as you listen to some italian slow jams. Happy my lunch was a good one.

My husband and I ordered a large (16″) Pink vodka sauce pie with mushrooms and sausage for delivery. My husband absolutely LOVED it, saying it was the best pizza we’ve had since moving to the east coast. I thought it was great too. Good thin crust pizza. Yes, it can seem «soggy» as some other reviewers described it, but since it’s very thin, you can’t really help it. It’s the folding kind of pizza. I didn’t really mind it since the dough was still nice and chewy, not too oily or watery.
The highlight was the sauce. It was different from what we were used to, having only tried either the typical tomato sauce or marinara at other pizza joints. So I was a little nervous trying the vodka sauce that I’ve only had on pasta. But boy am I glad I took that risk! It was delish! The toppings were plenty and fresh. Mushrooms had that slight bite they have after being baked and weren’t dried out. Sausage was, well, sausage. The cheese was a bit oily, but not too oily.
Compared to other pizza delivery places I’ve looked at in the area, the price was decent. Our pizza came out to be $ 19.21 (minus tip). It seemed like other places charged a little over $ 20 for a large pie. So not too expensive in comparison to others. The service was also pretty good. The guy who answered the phone and the delivery guy were both satisfactory. I guess it doesn’t say much considering I ordered at, like, 4:30, which is not a busy time for pizza places. Still, the pizza arrived within 30 minutes of placing the order, and it arrived nice and hot.
I would totally order again! They do allow you to order online, so maybe I’ll give that a try next time.

Love the chicken franchese pizza. Friendly staff great outdoor seating in warmer weather although I mostly use for takeout

The pizza is good and the ingredients are fresh. I have had the pizza several times and the flavor can be inconsistent (bland at times). However, it’s nothing a few seasonings can’t cure.

A few friends kept raving about this place, so my friend took me to lunch on Friday. I had the tricolor salad balsamic vinaigrette w/​grilled chicken & it was delish. The salad was crispy & the grill chicken was very juicy. The outside setting is pretty cool, service was on point. I’ll definitely will return soon for dinner with my wife.

I usually leave Pomodoro happy and satisfied but not today… I ordered the linguine with white sauce and mussels and it was absolutely flavorless. Every bite made me regret not ordering my usual, penne vodka which has always hit the spot. I’m disappointed with my dinner tonight but I’ll be back for the penne vodka.
Although my experience tonight was not the best, it’s still a very sweet spot for date night! There’s a cute outdoor seating area for those cool summer nights and it’s byob!

Been here 3 times so far since moving to Edgewater. First time my wife and I ordered the Lobster Ravioli and Rigatoni Malafemina, both were fantastic! Decent sized portions as well.
The following two times we’ve ordered the Italian hero, cheesesteak, eggplant parm, and farfalle con pollo. Unfortunately all 4 were rather pedestrian. The farfalle was very watery and way too garlicky, Italian hero was bland, eggplant had too much breading, and cheesesteak was just okay.
4 stars because the first two dishes were very delicious!

I used to order pizza and other dishes from here every two weeks. However, their quality dropped and I have been getting cold pizza every time I place a delivery. I called the restaurant and the woman on the phone replied «what do you want me to do? You live 7 minutes away from here. Of course it’ll get cold.»
Hmm that’s weird because in the past I always got my pizza hot/​warm. Service is very poor so I would suggest you go elsewhere for good local pizza.

Heard great things about this restaurant so I gave it a try and regretted it. Walked in with my boyfriend and wasn’t sure if we should’ve seated ourselves (?) or if the waiter was just gonna continue to look at us and go back to his phone. Eventually I asked if we can sit and were seated afterwards. We got the squid ink pasta with vodka sauce and the seafood combo linguine. Forgot the names but they’re under the pasta menu. They were bland, a little too thick, and not that great. The best thing about my dine in experience was the complimentary bread that came with our meal. Don’t recommend! 2 stars because they have outdoor seating.

I love this place –a beautiful sunny day with good friends, delicious food and a bottle of wine had us addicted.
It’s byob, the food is amazing (Seriously, any entrée we have gotten was fantastic) and it’s got great ambiance.
Everyone who comes to visit us is taken to this restaurant!
I recommend the house special rice ball, the Venice pizza with ricotta or the amartice pizza.
We also order for delivery every once in a while!

I went here for the first time and had the Italian hero and it was excellent! It was probably one of the freshest subs I’ve ever had!
I will definitely be back to try other things too!

Great pizza and definitely great dishes. They have a beautiful outdoor seating area, real nice when the weather permits. The owner is a sweetheart makes you feel like part of the family.
Love their grandma pie and rice balls. grab place for cappuccino and desert. They also have room for catering and parties, did my son’s birthday upstairs for a very reasonable price.
Definitely check them out.

This is the only pizzeria we order from because it the only place in the area that cooks from an actual brick oven and also cuz we could be fully satisfied with their pasta and salad selection as well.
My main go to food is their margarita pizza and penne pasta or italian hero and i could never skip on their caesar salad. Never have been disappointed and i love trying out their pizza and pasta selection as well.
The only downside is the wait time for both take out and delivery but I guess since Rome wasn’t built in a single day, they take that much time and effort on their dishes.

These guys know how to make amazing Italian food! Everything on the menu from their pizzas to their entrees are superb and bursting with flavor. Honestly, I’ve had Italian food from all over NJ and this place has the best. Their portion sizes are excellent, the visual food appeal is there, the atmosphere lovely, the staff is very friendly. Will is the man, and the prices are just right. My girlfriend and I go there at least once every other week. My all time Pomodoro fav’s include:
