I brought in a unique project– 4 pieces of art– all framed together– the owner was patient and engaged as we discussed the options and I picked the art layout, glass, mattes, etc. The owner works by himself, so all specifics discussed are handled by the artist who’ll be executing the work. He did a great, detailed job– beautiful and he was fast. I hope I have the chance to bring more artwork to SOHO frames!

The other day I stopped by to inquire about having him fix a broken wire to hang my rather large painting. He wanted to charge me $ 80 for something that would take him 5 minutes to complete.
For comparison, I took the same painting to a framing shop on Main Street and she only charged me $ 20 for the same job! The lady was great and did a great job in no time.
Someone should remind this «passionate» owner he can’t charge NYC prices just because his store has the name SOHO in it!

I used to go to Art and Frame works by Franco’s Pizza but the owners there retired. I needed a frame repaired and the owner did a great job on the spot for an amazing rate. He was friendly and professional. He said he has been there for 20 years. I try to support local businesses as much as possible. In addition, his shop is super clean and perfectly organized which is a quality you want in a custom framer. Will be going back in the future. Highly recommend.

Got 3 different prints frames at Soho Frames. Prices were exceptional compared to some of the other frame stores I have done business with. Owner is really helpful and works with you to pick out the perfect frame for your artwork AND something that fits your personality.
I definitely recommend Soho Frames.
