This place isnt that bad… perhaps the past is terrible. but for us it was clean and simple. they have large banquet rooms that were very nice and the food wasnt bad. so for a banquet meal it was decent. the mashed potatoes were amazing… lol.

Black Jack has not been great in the past, but after the grand opening it has gotten much better! The servers are polite and down to earth, the food is much better (they have a new chef! Thank God the old one is gone!) And the drinks are pretty cheap. I would recommend it. I like the new bar.

I used to be a regular 3 years ago. Beer, bar service, and food weren’t great, but it was enough to keep coming back.
Now, it has just degraded terribly. I can’t recommend anyone coming here.
FYI, if you still want to grab lunch here, they’ve also recently cut out lunch on Mondays.

Worst bar experience ever. No servers and bar babes don’t seem to care whether or not they are getting a tip. Food is terrible and I couldn’t get a cup of coffee. Had to wait nearly 30 minutes for ice tea to be brewed (I was designated driver). Air conditioning was turned up so high that we had to go back to the car to get our coats. When we tried to come back inside the doors were locked and we had to call friends inside the bar to come let us in. I should have stayed outside. My advice, go off post instead of coming here.

My friends and I who were on TDY (EBOLC) decided to try out this restaurant. Worst service I’ve had on any army post, which says a lot as services on army posts are not known for their service. They forgot my friends order which was «put back in» after an initial 20 minute wait. My poor friend had to wait a total of 50 min, even after incessantly nagging the waitress to get him his food. It would also help for people reading to know that this place was EMPTY. Food is similar to any bar food, making this place nothing special. Place is just downright depressing and is making my overall experience at this post that much worse
