if i could give it a negative number i would. went yesterday after church. there were five tables we ordered 40 wings for the family and it took 40 minutes to get them… a wing a minute… the worst part is that when we got them they were ice cold like they took them out of the refrigerator… not just that but also the rest of the food was also cold… and the beer was served warm…100 bill and no manager in sight… i will never give them my business again.

If only the people of St Robert would contact the corporate BWW maybe something would change. This is by far the worst restaurant I’ve been into. It’s manager and staff issue because the other Buffalo Wild Wings are excellent. The staff are untrained they are always out of things for example mild and medium sauce the two most common on planet earth. You wait for ever for someone to greet you once your sat you wait for ever for your food. I feel very bad for the servers who have to work for such poor management.

How do you not have sauces for your wings? It’s not the super bowl or some huge event. It’s Thursday in the middle of June. At least post it on your doors that you’re 86d on some of your most popular items so people can do an about face and not come in. I don’t want to even go into the crap server we had. She saw us many times and never came up to greet us or get our drinks for over 10 minutes.

I arrived at 7:15pm. When I was placing my take out order, the staff was sampling their newest sauce and kept having to ask what I had said. They appeared to be distracted. When I took my order out to my car the bag seemed a little small. I realized an order of fries was missing. I went in and let the staff know. They apologized and brought it right out. When I arrived at my house, my husband asked about his honey barbeque wings. I realized that they were not in the bag either. By the time I returned to the restaurant, it was 9pm and there was no staff out helping anyone. One man who was holding a Buffalo Wild Wings employee shirt was standing behind the counter and visiting with two younger males who were leaning over the counter as though they had done that all the time. They were not dressed in employee clothing. All of them simply ignored me and the family at the door waiting to be seated. A woman from the dining area approached the individual behind the counter and angrily asked for a manager. This finally got some of the staff’s attention who quickly came out of the back. I did get the wings, but the staff at this location seriously need some customer service training. There is even a sticker on the take out bag that addresses takeout quality, but it was not filled out or used.

This place was very disappointing!!! The service was bad and the bar tender did had no idea what she was doing. First, I ask for a certain drink and she had to print out the directions. Then she gave me a drink I didn’t ask for. This happen twice. I also witnessed her printing multiple directions out for drinks being ordered. The manager had to come over and help her. I stired up a conversation to find out how long she has been her and she said two years. This place needs new management and a review from higher headquarters. Did I mention my chicken was not completely dry!!!

HORRIBLE. I had no idea you can’t order a burger to order, well done is the only option. When my food arrived it was a frozen patty and a handful if shoestring fries with a ABSURD price tag of 10.95.

Our server was excellent and the other servers were very friendly. As we walked to the table, several of them greeted us and asked us how we were doing. We were there for lunch on Thursday and despite it being noon the restaurant was pretty empty. We sat in the bar area and got to enjoy the bartenders laughing and carrying on pretty loudly through our entire meal. I ordered the salt and vinegar traditional wings which came out mostly un-seasoned and parts of the skin were wet and rubbery like they had sat in water for awhile. The corn nugget appetizer was good as were the potato wedges but the wings were not nearly as good as other locations. Disappointing.

Bartenders were more worried about talking to each other or doing side work to worry about customers sitting at the bar. Food was ok but severely over priced. How is it 20.00 for tall beer and cheese curds with tip? Not worth my time…

Just your basic chain restaurant food. Wings are decent. Prices are a little high in my opinion for what you get. Beer prices are high and didn’t notice any specials. Server was super friendly and did an excellent job with our party of 10.

My background: I have been to multiple Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the Midwest and the East Coast and have been thoroughly satisfied with each experience. That being said… This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to in terms of both food and service. Be prepared to be served the wrong mediocre food(since they will not get your order correctly) and spend your evening waiting for your drinks/food/check. I will continue to support the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise but I will never go to this location again.

Has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Waitress forgot to put the appetizer in then she was like oh we didn’t have any onion rings anyway. Not my problem and you should have said that when we ordered not 15 min later when we asked where our appetizer was. Then we finally get our food and some of its room temperature and some of it is coldl like it just came out of refrigerator. We send it back wait another 15 minutes and get some of it hot and the other part room temperature. They offered to remake it but who wants to wait another 15 minutes. The adjustment in our bill was a whopping 20%. They had enough staff working that they each could have cover two table and the place was dead. I will never go there again.

I normally like BWW, cause of the fun environment, but never order take out or pick up! They take forever! Literally I sat in the parking lot for almost an hour! To top that off, when I received my food, the order was wrong. By that time, I didn’t bother even correcting them cause I had no energy to wait anymore. Just don’t order take out or pick up. You’re better off dining in. I’m from out of town and I’ve been to several BWW, but this location was probably one of the longest wait I’ve had.

I generally love coming to BWW but this one is the exception. The service isnt bad, but the food is always cold n especially on Mondays the chicken is undercooked. Its also the only one ive ever visited that only gives military discounts on monday… If you dont have to dont come here, drive to rolla where the food is hot n fresh…

Shockingly disappointing, as with the rest of the folks I usually enjoy Buffalo wild wings all over the US. It seemed to me this place takes it manage of the fact it has a steady clientele of military folks from just up the street. I was pleasantly surprised with the first sitdown trip few weeks back, however I went back for another round and the following are my issues: 1) not sure how else to say it, The staff seems quite arrogant. 2) I walked in, received no real greeting, although it was in the evening. I went to the bar to order food«to go», but was promptly/sharply sent to The«to go order area». It seems that when a restaurant is not busy, the bar is not full, it is unnecessary to not only refuse to take an order at the bar, but arrogantly tell the customer they have to go to a different area to put a to go order in. why not just take my order at the bar, as that is where I will be having a drink while I wait for my food to be received. 3) Staff(bartenders, hostess, & to go order rep) were not welcoming and friendly.(Again) I have been to Buffalo wild Wings from South Carolina to Missouri; this one is the only one I have ever been to where the staff made it feel unwelcome and that I was doing them a favor. Sadly that attitude seems to be an all too common trend along the local restaurants here.

I’m giving BWW5 stars for the gracious and conciliatory manner in which they handled the dissatisfaction my husband experienced with the wings he ordered. Long story but suffice it to say his wings came out incorrect twice. We enjoy coming here and service is always friendly — I realize they are dealing with new staff and that people are human so I hope our server Paige did not take the experience personally as she provided us with great service. I worked as a bartender for many years and I know exactly how these types of situations can ruin your night. When the manager approached me I explained the situation and I asked just for a voucher for a future visit so my husband could get wings the next time we visited. I truthfully didn’t realize the cost of the basket($ 15) or I would have simply asked for a small percentage off the total. Again, the manager and our server expressed genuine concern and regret for the inconvenience — the gift vouchers and«comp» were above and beyond what was expected but sincerely appreciated. Thank you for understanding and treating a delicate situation so wonderfully.

I normally like BWW’s. This has the be the worst BWW I have ever set foot in. Eating here and watching the staff completely fail at their attempt to run this establishment. It is as sad as watching your friend slow motion drive their dad’s mustang into the garage wall because they can’t figure out how to put the car in reverse. The service is slow. Doesn’t matter if they are busy or not expect to wait. Expect the bar tenders to be rude, unprofessional and one in particular was being fairly offensive to the female clients at the bar. Last time I was there they ran out of ice. How does a restaurant not have ice? Yum warm soda. Also they seem to run out of beer they advertise a lot.
