If you don’t mind getting a completely different haircut than you asked for, then this is the place for you. I went twice, got the same stylist, twice in a row. Told her the same thing, both times. Second time, I got a completely different cut. Other times, I have gone in and had one of the guys just nod like he understood, but it didn’t sink in how badly out of tune he was until he’d already started cutting. This place has SERIOUS communication problems. Not solvable by simply being assertive or detailed with what you want. If you have any particular haircut in mind, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible. First of all, had to pay $ 3 extra because they used scissors… WTF. took them less time than some of the fades. They also don’t listen, this is the second(and last time) I use this place. B Gate barneys charge less and give extra services(massage, razor shave)

This place is OK once you have found a barber that cuts hair the way you want it. #3 was the charm. I’ve been to other places in the area and it’s the same. The barbers rotate like any other employee from place to place.

Convenience if you are already on post, and quickness if you are in a hurry, are pretty much all this place has going for it. It is very much hit-and-miss as to getting a good haircut… I was disappointed about half the time. My last experience there convinced me to not come back… I tried to explain to the lady how I wanted my hair cut. She got snappy and said I needed to give her«numbers» like a «number 2» or «½ inch here». I ended up having to leave her chair and wait for a different barber. The gentleman that ended up cutting my hair had no issues with my request and did a good job. I realized how rediculous it is for me to pay for these odds. There are barbershops right off post, it’s worth it to make the short trip.

I’ve tried to go here off-and-on for a haircut for years, and every time I leave angry and unsatisfied. Go out in town where they actually care about their customers.

Choose a barber wisely because each has their own way of cutting hair. If you need a high and tight or military cut than this should be easy and quick. I usually get a mid-hi skin fade and they mostly get it right. Wait time is not bad at all since there are 8 to 10 barbers working during peak hours.
