They will make you purchase one of their locks for $ 12 upon sign up. There are other hidden fees as well. You will have to purchase their monthly insurance plans to cover the cost of your things in the event of a disaster. Your monthly rent will not be what it states online. They will raise prices whenever they feel like it and you will have to pay it or move your things out with a 30 day notice. They will charge you a $ 20 late fee for a $ 50 unit and I was only a week late. I’m not even sure when the fee was added. The staff was friendly and helpful upon sign-up and the units seem fairly clean.

GOODPRICES, EASYCHECKIN, TERMITES This has been a bittersweet experience for me. I needed a storage locker right away to prepare for remodeling and staging of my house and my family has used Public Storage for years so I thought I should use them as well. I went to this location and the price for a climate controlled unit was just right. The unit was large and spacious as advertised. The rental process was nice and fast; Monica really knows her stuff and knows how to make best use of the customers time. I really appreciate that aspect of the whole process; unfortunately there have been some hiccups throughout this experience. We had a fairly significant maintenance request with our unit that took about a month to resolve after multiple phone calls and face to face conversations with the property management; it wasn’t until I posted a negative review on Google and Unilocal that I finally received some traction on my request. The general manager finally contacted me and personally apologized for the delay and didn’t offer excuses. He had someone out to repair the unit the next day and called me to verify that the job had been done. He was very apologetic and assured me that he would ensure that these types of things don’t happen in the future. When we were making preparations to move items out of our unit some termites decided to make a nest in one of our boxes that was right where the repairs to the unit were made. Some of the contents of the boxes had to be thrown out due to termite damage. I notified the general manager about this issue and he called an exterminator to resolve this issue, however they failed to notify me of this and the exterminator was unable to do anything. We were moving out so we no longer cared. We just wanted this whole experience behind us. I also told the general manager that very few of the external lights for the property were working making it unsafe for anyone to be on the property at night; especially when the rear gate is often left wide open after hours. As of 5÷22÷2015 the lighting has not yet been repaired. In summary: I would recommend these guys with reservations. The leasing process was SUPER smooth and efficient; Monica took her time to explain everything in detail to make sure it was understandable. The facility needs some help with lighting repairs and wall repairs, the units are spacious and the prices are right! If your unit needs maintenance, let them know and see what happens; I wouldn’t count on any immediate response. I know that they really value their online ratings and I was able to get action from them by posting a negative review. I guess I am the 1 in 60 who had a unit with an issue.

Service was great filling in the paperwork. They were on site and could show us the unit before we rented. Great location and great people to work with. I give them an A++
