This place was recommended by a friend, juice is actually pretty good. Shipping was fast and packaging was good. So far the flavor works really well in my protank, it doesn’t seem to fade like some of flavors I’ve had. I haven’t been to there brick and mortar store, so I can’t review on that but I’m happy with my order. I would reccomend.

I wish I could tolerate this place because it’s convenient. Good flavors but thin juice that burned quickly and burned wicks up way too fast. I got a few batteries there, too, but had bad luck with them (loose casings and wires, buttons getting stuck). I don’t know what the policy is for refunds or exchanges, but in practice I don’t think they actually do them because he’ll tell you everything is user error.
I ended my patronage based on they handled a simple mistake. They double charged my credit card, and when I brought in the relevant page from my cc statement the owner said I’d been in the previous month with the same issue. He said he needed a different page of my cc statement that had my name on it, but when I brought that in the next week he said had me on video receiving a cash refund the previous week. I was dumbfounded that instead of fixing the mistake he waged a battle he couldn’t possibly win — seems shortsighted for a new small business in a small town to alienate a regular customer over what should have been a simple fix. I told him he could work it out with the bank.
The bank took care of the double charge, but dealing with him is not worth the hassle and aggravation. Buyer beware.
