Bathrooms are almost never open so if I have my kids and one of them has to go then I can’t do anything. I’m pretty sure that’s some sort of violation not having a bathroom on site. The place is also dirty and disorganized and the staff (most of the ones I’ve come across) don’t seem like they want to be there or help out at all. Where’s the pride in the service your senior leaders claim in their company vision and mission statement?
