I have been getting glasses from Vision One for over 30 years. The doctors are very precise and listen to your questions and explain your eye exam and if there are any changes to your eyes and if a new prescription is needed. For the last several years my exams have stayed consistent. However, I had scratched the lens on the pair of glasses that I have had for several years and purchased new ones. I had some issues with fit and Sheila worked with me in getting the right fit so that the issues I had were remedied. Everyone in the office is very nice and caring. Couldn’t ask for nicer treatment from entering the front door until all my needs were met. THANK YOU SHEILA for hanging in there with me and fitting my glasses with the expertise that you have. You are the GREATEST!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The staff seems to want to make your experience as difficult as possible. Twice (I clearly did not learn the first time) I called to ask for help. The first for emergency glasses for my son (we had purchased at lest two pairs from them prior and we all went there for exams) and a second time to ask for the PD of my sons prescription so that I could buy computer glasses online that were not offered at their store. The first time they refused to sell me a pair of glasses because my sons prescription was one month out of date, even though I promised I would bring him in at the first non-​school hour appointment. It was as close to an emergency as one can get — not being able to see but not able to miss classes because of exam prep. The second time, they were extremely rude and essentially lied, saying that the PD (pupillary distance) that they measured couldn’t be given out by law, and that they don’t even keep that number in the files. Friends who have gone here have had similar experiences. Don’t go here if at all possible. Seriously. The worst.

The prices can be a little high, but Dr Shoemacker is great and attentive. He listens to my concerns and addresses them.
The front staff has always been nice, and I have been coming here since my first pair of glasses in 2001.
