As part of a commitment to excellence, I would like to share this experience. My husband and I visited the store on Cleveland ave in Ft. Myers 0n 10÷21÷15. We were greeted and sincerely helped by several employees with choices for a yellow diamond ring. The following day my husband got a phone call from an employee that used to be a nurse, after my husband said he was going to pass on the deal for now, she responded sincerely: «The next time you are out for a ride with your ill wife and common, please tell us you are just looking.». I have been in retail for over 40 years as a pharmacist and presently have mild cognitive decline. This comment would NEVER pass at PUBLIX, where shopping is a pleasure. We will NEVER visit your store again and pass the word on.

Excellent customer service. Every time my wife and I walk in the store the Manager will come out of her way to say hello. Very nice sections, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

I took my mother’s gold nugget ring in to sell. They gave me a price of $ 40.00. I then went to Oxford Gold and Silver on Gladiolus Dr. and they gave me a price of $ 82.00! That is more than twice the price. Now considering gold is priced by weight and the set going price of gold that day, I would say Dunkins Diamonds is cheating their customers. They certainly tried to cheat me!
