One of the dirtiest Pizza Hut ever needs to be closed

Ordered again, and thought all was good. The driver was smart and brought us napkins and plates and was courteous. Upon opening the boxes the pizzas looks great. Then it all went downhill.
Both were not properly baked. Even on the thin crust there were parts of the dough that were raw The pizza could not be taken out of the box it was so mushy. Disgusting.
Looking at the other reviews I guess my first ordering experience was a fluke. Never again from this Pizza Hut.

Stay far away. A group of lazy people. We waited over an hour for our food. To get the run around about why our food was not delivered. Then the idiots had the guts to say sorry we are closed after waiting 45 minutes.

This Pizza Hut should be closed. We came inside after they told us they don’t deliver to our area past 5pm even though we are less than a mile away from the store. I asked for the 6.99 unlimited toppings deal for 2 medium pizzas and she didn’t know what I was talking about but said she was new and would have to check. After 35 minutes of waiting I asked what was up and she said she would check and told me it was still cooking. The place was dead and she immediately said that they have alot of carry outs which is fine but what about the customers who come to the store. We end up leaving after another 5 to 6 minutes. Just terrible.

Tried ordering some munchies late at night, work in the restaurant business ourselves, so usually have to order late take out. Went to the online ordering process, and the site said they had a dinner box with breadsticks, cinnastix and a medium pizza for $ 10.00 perfect. Type in our address and our pizza hut doesn’t have the box for $ 10, but $ 11. Don’t know why it’s a dollar more, but hey, it’s only a dollar, not to big of a deal. So, start answering all the questions, putting my toppings on, because hey, i’m picky about what I want so I build my own. They don’t tell you that you only get one topping, anything additional cost additional until the very end when you checkout. So, after spending 15 minutes trying to figure out how to even order, their online order process is atrocious. I spend all day on computers and food ordering, so I know what I am doing, mostly, I go to the end, where my $ 11 dinner is now a whopping $ 17. WTF. So I go back, make some changes and get the total down to $ 15, so I can eave a tip, hit send and bam! The store closed 1 minute ago. So, because of their shotty details, and their terrible online ordering process, I don’t get some pizza, which is a good thing because from reading these other reviews, it wouldn’t have been worth it.

Horrible service and pizza. Atrocious. Quoted 35 minutes but it was 1 ½ hours. Pizza wasn’t hot and cheese had already hardened. Had to reheat pieces in microwave. Also looked like pizza had been dropped or dropped to one side in the box.

Very disappointed! No large pizza size in stock. Thin pizzas were like cardboard, dry, little cheese n sauce n toppings. Never again going to pizza hut.

It’s Pizza Hut! No better or worse than any other Pizza Hut. Great for lunch or dinner.
