I’ve been going to eyes etc for several years and have always been very pleased at their helpfulness and their service. I Have had some fast changing eye issues after a recent eye surgery and dr fowler and mary have gone out of their way to help me keep up and have gotten fast service before vacations for me. I trust them with my eyes!

I found Eyes, Etc because of a Groupon. I do not have insurance, so I was looking for a deal. I would love to say I got what I paid for, but according to two other Eye Doctors I have visited since getting my glasses from Eyes Etc, I DIDNOT get a deal, in fact, I was ripped off. I picked $ 99 frames and after my Groupon discount of $ 120, my glasses were over $ 800! Yes, I have just entered the bi-focal world, and yes I use high index lenses. I was also given a choice of 3 lenses the day of order that, in 35 years of wearing glasses, I have never been asked. 3 prices for 3 differents lenses, selling point of the higher priced lense was it would be «easier to clean». However, other doctors that I have shown my glasses to said these should have been around $ 500 before the discount. So in effect, my «discount» was built right into the cost. There was no discount. *Are they proper fitting? Yes *Are the lenses suited to my vision needs? Yes *Was I given an itemized receipt with prices? No. I got handwritten with no specifics. Other doctors call it «creative pricing» I think Dr. Fowler is probably a good doctor. But my guess is, if her business was sucessful, she wouldn’t need to run Groupons or other deals. But she does consistently run these specials. Buyer Beware. You are not getting a deal.
