Good food, my wife and both had sandwiches. I had the steak sandwich, it had great taste and good amount of mojo. The mamey shake was good and a good size. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich, it was much better than mine very moist. Ordered a side of fries, crispy nothing special. Finally ended the meal with a good espressos. One warning, the owner Martha, is oppiniated. Not in a bad way, but if you ever gone to Cafeterias in Miami it’s very similar to the wait staff there. Overall I enjoyed the food and service was great.

Service was decent, I am Cuban so I am always skeptical about trying new places. I ordered a typical Cuban sandwich, with plantains. Food was well seasoned and came out hot, but it was only the owner working, so when it picked up it took a decent amount of time to pay.

Not much to it folks. Cheap, authentic Cuban cuisine. Got off the plane from Iowa and searched for Cuban food and it pointed me in this direction. Very friendly people and very quick service. You will not be disappointed!

I have been coming to Fort Myers from MA. For 3 years and moved here in January. I have always gone to Marthas when it was in a gas station. Now she has a real space of her own and I am happy for her and her husband. They make delicious Cuban food from scratch and it is all delicious and priced reasonably. The best Cuban sandwich I have ever had! In addition, Martha is a happy and accommodating hostess. Please make a point of stopping at the new Martha’s Cuban Café.

Always looking for an authentic Cuban sandwich and I think I finally found my favorite place! Truly a real Cuban sandwich, not all the variations everyone else tries to sell you. The pork on it was so tender, everything was really fresh! The owner is a sweet lady, who was making everything herself! This is a place you need to stop at!

We just had the best roast pork dinner ever. Martha really knows what she’s doing. We took dessert Togo because we were so full. This will be our new Friday night spot! Thanks Martha !

If only I could give zero stars… Went for breakfast/brunch this morning with my boyfriend and was SHOCKED at the customer service. We sat ourselves… only people in the restaurant. Waited a few minutes for menus, waited a few more for her to come out and see if we wanted food. She didn’t come to the table but stood behind the counter and asked if we were eating… obviously. I tried to order DIRECTLY from the breakfast menu and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. Then she yelled«do you know what you want?!» Which I thought I had just ordered… So I walked up to the counter and pointed to the menu items we wanted. She said i don’t know what you want, why did you come here? I said we wanted to eat breakfast and she said she was busy cooking in the back… remember we are the only people in the restaurant. We got up and left and she yelled at us as we did so. NEVERGOHERE. This woman shouldn’t own a business if her customers are such an inconvenience. I have never been treated so rudely trying to help a small business in my life. I was so excited to go here and will NEVER give this place another chance. HORRIBLEWOMAN.

I’m giving 5 stars out of faith. My friend recommended this place today and posted a pic on Instagram. I showed up at 6:15pm today and it was closed. While I was waiting for my daughters to get their nails done next door, 4 more customers showed up to find it closed. Please don’t give up! I’m coming back and hope to find it open.

One star is being generous for this new place. My husband and I arrived around 430pm on a recent Friday afternoon. As we were approaching the front door, a woman who was standing outside smoking, announces that«we caught her at a good time.» I thought she was being friendly and perhaps saying that she just arrived for work and we were in for a good meal. So I chuckled. She proceeds to tells us that she’s going to be closing at 6pm(an hour earlier than posted business hours) because she’s really tired and needs to go home. That was not exactly a warm and welcoming greeting. We turned around to leave and she told us we didn’t need to leave. We said«no thank you.» There were no customers in the restaurant when we were there. I can only imagine why…

Best Cuban sandwich in SW Florida. Martha is very hospitable and makes it feel like you are eating in her home.

Fun upbeat place with very authentic Cuban food. Don’t expect fine dinning but rather a very casual deli like vibe. We went at lunchtime and had sandwiches and deserts but the diners around us were having dinner items too. The owner Martha was hustling to get it all done and did so with charm a down home Cuban flair. I felt like I was back at home in my mothers kitchen. Will absolutely return, the aroz con leche(rice pudding) was crazy good.

Martha was overwhelmed, even though there was only one other table with customers. I assume she had other orders called in perhaps? Anyway, she said she doubted she could get our breakfast within a half-hour. We didn’t have that much time and we left.

Just hit Martha’s new location for the second time and the food as always was amazing. Had the oxtail and it was perfectly seasoned with her typical killer black beans and rice. In looking at the other reviews, if you want food in 5 minutes, this is not the place for you. If you want authentic, awesome, fresh made daily(hence the small wait) Cuban food, all while feeling like you are guest at a friend’s house, come support a great local business like Martha’s! You will not be disappointed! And to top it all off, coming soon: Karaōke on Saturday night’s with beer, wine and Cuban food!

Papas Fritos? No. Yucca? No. A chicken dish on the menu? No. All on the menu, but«no hay». Steered us to what they did have. So we got 3 plates of roast pork(passable). Rice? Yes. Tostones? Yes. But greasy, poorly fried in oil not to temp. So sad won’t be back. Empanadas a home run if you like meat. They were fresh out of the chicken version! Surprise!
