I can see why they are struggling. Wondered around the store looking for needs while seven associates sitting up front talking. Then had ordered a stapler on line and it did not work oroperly. Could not return it at the store. Managers were standing at door when i first arrived and immediately said we do not have that here, must have purchased somwhere else. I then showed them receipt, did not matter. Office Depot guest service skills need improvement.

Staff here is very friendly and looking to help you. You are greeted at the door and are right on hand if you need something. I was able to find the ink cartridge I needed but did notice that several other selections were out. I even found a cute stuffed animal pillow that was on clearance-​will make a great gift for grandchild!
