My business is DONE with Staples! This store is a joke. First sold me the wrong ink cartridges even after giving them the correct printer info. Then upon return was told they don’t carry the correct ones in stock and they would be delivered to my business next day. Tried to ring the order on two different terminals, a total clown car scenario and no manager present. After check out the delivery date is now five days not one. If you run a business and time is valuable, STAY AWAY! These people are time vampires.

Pretty typical Staples, albeit on the smaller side with not as large of a selection of brands outside of Staples and HP.
What I did like was the helpfulness of the staff. Three people stopped on their way to doing something else to ask if I needed help or had questions. I was browsing and didn’t think I looked clueless, but maybe I’m wrong.
The store was pretty crowded on the weekend. The parking lot is not laid out well, though.
