Quality, Quick and convenient! A cut above the rest of some of these trendy simple bowl restaurants this place delivers a nice product with good options. The past few visits I have opted for the beef and lamb gyro bowl. I opted for the white Italian beans on it this time and it really meshed well with the bowl that usually doesn’t have beans on it. They use a garlic rice base to build the bowl on and top it with the meat and veggies from there. A 30 seat dining space filled up in my lunch visit but it was clean and well-kept as I seen staff come out and clean tables several times during my visit. The sweet tea is good and strong which I like. I don’t frequent here as much as I would like but I have had multiple good experiences at this location.

Awesome food! Healthy filling and affordable. It gets a long line during peak hours but they’re really fast.

Not a fan. The chicken was not anything to run home about. You are better off going to chick-fila or boston market for great tasting chicken.

As a frequent customer, I can tell you that Patinella’s always hits the spot. The food is very good(outstanding seasoned grilled chicken), and the service is second to none in the area. Almost everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and professional. I was in there earlier today and saw the staff being forced to deal with probably the rudest customer I’ve ever seen. She was berating the staff over every little detail– and yet they were kind to her throughout her entire time in the restaurant. If you come in here, you’ll get a very good meal that’s fast, fairly healthy, and affordable. But it’s the friendly staff that will likely keep you coming back.

mm I love this place! everything is so fresh, and their pita is amazing. The chicken is awesome and a regular size feeds me twice, haha. It is a nice break from higher calorie foods, I normally just get yellow rice, chicken, cheese and pita.

I went for the first time over the weekend and it was very good! I had the classic gyro. It was huge and delicious. You really get what you pay for there. I compared this restaurant to pita pit and it was much better!

My fiancé and I love going to Patinellas. We go at least once a week and do a create-your-own bowl. Delicious every time and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Always clean also. Highly recommend.

Well found this on Google maps. I was going to see a doctor nearby. The reviews were positive. Welllllllllllllllllllllllll. I can say these kind things. Its fast, people nice & I guess healthy. Here the BUTT. The rice bowls are burritos with out the tortillas. The chicken though seasoned a bit, tasted as if it boiled. Not grilled as the name suggest. I am a great cook I know the difference. The quality is there but there is no flavor. If they had it they would not need to offer so many sauces. Plus why do you need to pay SOOOOOOOOOOO much for a few ounces of chicken an a couple of ounces of rice & beans. I had the Brasilian bowel. I lived in Brasil NOOO such dish there. I am sorry for the medical staff who works in the area. There is no really good food options at ALLL. But from the conversations I over heard There were regulars. Just once again supports my statement SW Floridians DONOTKNOWGOODFOOD. So spend a lot of money for healthy yet tasteless food.

We love this place for a quick pick up on a busy night. I always get the Brazilian bowl and my husband loves the gyro. Great selection of sauces. My kids love the Mac n cheese! The pita is awesome but I don’t like that it is put on top of the food. Ask for it separate it it is soggy.

Really pretty good. Fort Myers doesn’t have much in the way of fast food — this place kinda reminds me of a Chipotle with less amazing ingredients. Agreed with Anna M. on half stars, but I’ll even it out for us both. Really enjoyed the Mexican bowl and my husband got the Brazilian bowl. Reminds me a lot of college. Only qualm — when doing to-go, you should ask for your flatbread to be stored separately or it gets a little soggy in transport.

Anytime I get a chance to visit Fort Myers I make it my first and last stop while I am there. First off the bowls are filling and the chicken is ridiculously good. They serve pita bread with all of the bowls in the off chance you aren’t already filled up. The prices are reasonable and for what you pay you can’t beat it. I usually get the Brazilian, but the gyro is top notch and anyone I have ever brought has had nothing but great things to say!

If Unilocal had half stars, I’d happily give Patinella’s a 3.5. This place isn’t spectacular; they won’t wow you with exotic ingredients, but it’s above average for lunch and for a fast-casual-bowls-of-rice kind of place. The small vegetarian bowl(which will set you back $ 6.95 if memory serves) comes with your choice of salad bar fixins(think iceberg, tomatoes, onion, cheddar cheese, props for the kalamata and black olives though) on top of a steaming hot bowl of rice and black beans. Yummy. Served with 1 griddled-then-sliced chewy, hot, excusemei’mdroolingoverhere piece of round flatbread(pita sans pocket?) for scooping and your choice of a sauce, take your bowl to your table and dig in. They also have chicken, which I’ve never sampled, but they grill it fresh constantly. The drinks consists of bottled water or fountain sodas and fresh brewed teas. Yes, the«small» bowl is small enough that you think you’ll easily finish it in one sitting, but I usually don’t. I go back and eat the rest a couple of hours later. I’ve ordered a large before and it definitely made two nice meals. Now, this is a highly subjective statement, but I think they have a weird logo. I mean, truly bizarre, why does that chicken look like he wants to physically harm me, logo. No points off for it, in fact I think it adds to the charm, but don’t be shocked if your drink looks menacing. I wish the veggie toppings were more extensive, maybe even some grilled peppers and onions, but I will eat rice and beans all day, every day, so i’ll settle. The highlight? The sauces, ohhhh the sauces. I like the tzatziki’s creamy crisp flavor on top of my olives, but there’s also flavors like spicy sweet chili and even ranch for those of you not open to new things(I bet you like vanilla ice cream too, suckers). The truth of the matter is, just go. You won’t be disappointed.

Went on a friend’s suggestion and was happily impressed. Quick service and good tasting food. Nice portion sizes for the price.

Located in a dying strip mall, this place seems to be popular with the medical crowd. It’s near all the doctors’ offices and hospital at Daniels & Metro, so a lot of the workers come here for lunch. By Fort Myers quasi fast-food standards, this place is rather expensive, but they have a fun selection and the food is good. I had their Classic Gyro and thought it was great.

OH my gosh this place is good! Bring your big wallet though because it is expensive for a lunch place. They make these yummy Chicken and rice bowls as well as Gyro’s and Gyro bowls. They also have yummy sides like plantains and yucca With every bowl you get a sauce. The curry mustard and the taziki are my faves!
