My son Joel had an opportunity work as a technician assistant with Posetek Appliance Services while he lived in Fort Myers, FL. When he returned to Hawaii, he told me that the people at Posetek were the best customer service people he had ever worked with and he missed watching them interact with their customers while working on their broken appliances. I do not have first hand experience hiring these guys to repair my appliances, but based on what I heard about them from my son, they’re amazing people and exceptional technicians.
