I was away from San Jose for a week and had a major craving for Phở.(MSG withdrawal anyone? haha) and was glad to find this place. This is a fine dining establishment mind you, tho I’d be just as happy at a shabbier joint. Phở was decent but a bit pricey. BBH for my better half was decent too, but her craving was worse than me. Service was very good but I have to take off 1 star for ugly bean sprouts, yea, what with the stunted and browned sprouts everywhere in FL eh? I thought this is the place for fresh fruits and veggies!

I have been here many times and the food is so consistently good. I have traditional home made phở at home on a regular basis and this place is the close as it gets in a restaurant. The other dishes have been great as well. The broth is very rich. The service is always attentive and good. I frequent Saigon Paris often.

Excellent service, high quality food. Give beef phở and com tam a try. Saigon platter is good as well. If you looking for a new place to try, this is the place!

This could possibly rate as one of the worst meals of my life. My wife started with the shrimp bisque. Could not taste the shrimp, could not taste the sherry. It tasted like warm milk tinted orange for color. I had the crab bisque. It should be named bitter garlic bisque because that all I was able to taste(sent that right back). Then, another member of my party had the Beef Phở. Took several sips, and said that it was awful. I had the Vietnamese sampler. This consisted of fried spring rolls, which were edible. It also had cold spring rolls wrapped in that cellophane noodle and was filled what I guess are rice noodles which by the way there was mound of them in the middle of the plate. So, most of this sampler was rice noodles. Oh, by the way, there were also several shrimp that I think were spiced with curry or something like that. Not edible for me. Now I will admit that I am not an expert on Vietnamese food, but I know bisque. The two I had were awful. So, if a restaurant cant make soup, I doubt that it could make anything else that would be at least adequate. Paid the bill and left.

Best Vietnamese food I’ve found in Fort Myers so far. I recommend the lemon grass chicken.

Food is great. Service was good. However something needs to happen differently in the kitchen to keep up with the orders. 1 hour for lunch is way too long. Does the carry out business have precedence over the dining room?

Every meal exceeds every expectation. The bread is homemade and warm. The Brie appetizer is amazing. The Curry sauce better than any curry sauce I’ve had to date. We have taken parties of 8 to Saigon Paris for years now. Every person we have taken to Saigon Paris RAVES about their fabulous meal.

I tried the stir fried seafood entrée and my wife ordered the lemon grass chicken. The service was great, the food was OK. We have enjoyed better but did not have any big complaints aside from the flavors did not pop for us as we would have liked.

We ordered the phở #27 and the combo fruit & cream cheese filled crepes. Overall, it was ok. Service was great but the food was ok. The size of the phở was small for the hefty price of $ 13. Anyone who loves phở knows the broth makes the dish. The broth was mediocre; we’ve had better. The cream cheese filled crêpe was tart versus sweet and the fruit filling didn’t add much flavor.

Loved it. It was hard to decide whether to have the Vietnamese or the French food. I went for the French with delicious seafood over pasta(but got an egg roll from the hubby). He had the Saigon Platter which he said was good. Our friends liked what they had too and there are definitely some other things I want to try next time. Very nice ambience with a beautiful Christmas tree and great service. Would definitely go again.

If you love phở this is your new place! For those of you who find the French Vietnamese combo confusing break out a history book and educate yourself. This place is awesome

Very fresh and authentic. The Phở is delicious, and the egg drop soup aswell. Service is great. Although the décor is outdated and very dark.

Perhaps I am desperate for good phở at this point. I have been phở-less since I moved from Atlanta over 2 months ago. Authentic cultural food(except perhaps Cuban and Mexican) is seriously lacking in SWFL. I found myself on 41 near Bell Tower Shops again and it was my perfect opportunity to go Saigon Paris… everything I heard was true. Don’t be thrown off by the Vietnamese and French offerings. They get it. I started off with the summer rolls… a must-have with a delectable peanut dipping sauce. They piqued my anticipation with the arrival of the tray of hoisin, sriracha, and fish sauce… I did have to ask for chili sauce. My feedback is that the chili sauce/paste should come out standard on the tray. After months without phở access, I am ready to pound my spoon and chopsticks on the table with excitement. Here is that sexy bowl of beef phở! I take in the aroma of the broth. It is everything I wanted it to be. That first slurp completed me and made me whole again. It would have easily competed with the upper crust of Phở restaurants in ATL. Thank you baby Jesus! I will return. As for the French cuisine, that seafood crêpe is wonderful and delicate like crepes should be. Bravo! My friend let me try hers. But me, I am all in for the phở.

The bass in coconut milk was very, very tasty. Their menu is a little bit overwhelming, it has too many options, but went with the special of the day and I was not disappointed. I went to lunch with a colleague. The place was fairly empty, but the food was just delicious. Our sever was attentive and professional. Will definitely come back

Saigon Paris is a French & Vietnamese fusion restaurant in a strip mall next to Bell Towers. The décor is confusing, as it has Roman/Greek columns inside the restaurant which neither reflect Vietnamese nor French architecture. The menu itself is split into two: a French menu and then a Vietnamese menu. Overall the food was just okay. For the prices, we expected much more. My husband ordered the duck breast in spicy sauce($ 26), which was cooked well, but the sauce was lackluster. I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup, similar to phở. It was decent, but overpriced at $ 16. My mother in law ordered the seafood fried rice($ 29). After waiting 25 minutes for our entrees, the server came over and informed us that they ran out of lobster for the seafood fried rice and asked if she would like extra shrimp or scallops to supplement the lack of lobster tail. My mother in law was disappointed – mainly because it took 25 minutes to inform us of this blunder in a dining room that had 4 other tables occupied. So she conceded to extra scallops. The server then brought out her seafood fried rice – with shrimp on it and ONE scallop. If you are going to disappoint your customer once with no lobster, and then again with denying the requested extra scallops, you will not maintain business. Especially when the description of the menu states«scallops» in the plural context – then only give one – and clearly not extra. This was a complete and total let down. Overall, we have been to much better Viet/French restaurants and will not return to this overpriced restaurant.

Still one of Ft Myers best restaurants. The food is amazing. I’ve tried a dozen or more menu offerings and never been less than astonished with how good the food is here.

There is a French menu and a Vietnamese menu at Saigon Paris Bistro. I ordered something from the French menu, the Chicken Veronique, while my wife ordered the Saigon Platter. Both dishes were very good, but also overpriced for what they were, at $ 17 and $ 22 respectively. Although the quality of the underlying ingredients is questionable, the champagne sauce on my chicken was tremendous. I smothered it on everything on my plate until there was nothing left, an irresistible impulse, I assure you, and one that made it not the lightest of meals. The chicken was tender and the perfect complement to the champagne sauce. The vegetables on the plate were soggy and sad, but I drenched them in champagne sauce and forgot all about that, for a time at least. The service was incredibly friendly. But it is difficult to overlook the feeling that you are being had at Saigon Bistro, since the quality of food, although good, does not justify its relatively high price. I think Fort Myers is on to that, since the restaurant was empty the entire time we were there(from 6:30 to 7:30), while the bistro next door seemed to be thriving. Additionally, the interior décor of the restaurant is in desperate need of a remodeling and renovation. It is old, cheesy, and theme-y. Overall, it was a nice experience, but I’m not sure I’ll be back. There are better deals for better food elsewhere.

Saigon Paris is a French and Vietnamese restaurant located across the street from the Bell Tower Shops. We came here for an early weekday dinner with our kid and it was delicious! The Saigon platter was very tasty.(Check out the picture I posted) It came with noodles, a small amount of chicken and pork, 2 shrimp and 2 egg rolls. Yum! I also tried the chicken Veronique. It was definitely heavier than my dish, but also delicious. The dishes are pretty overpriced, even for this Miamian. My meal was more like a $ 14 dish, not $ 22. Service was prompt and friendly. Plenty of parking available in the shopping center parking lot.
