This was our first time here! We went in with out reservations and were told we would have to sit at the bar, but that we would be able to experience the entire menu. I would like to wait to do a formal review until we go back and sit at a table. That being said our courses were great and the bar tender(our server) Dylan was great! We was very knowledgable and friendly! We will return and spend more time! What a great experience!

I had the greatest dining experience, our server was so friendly and really made the dinner special. The food was great, I will have to come back.

I love melting pot. The reason for only three stars is because of the lack of ambiance at this location that all others offer. People were very loud(we sat next to a group of 6 college students) and they were playing music that would be better served at a taco Tuesday. Our service was kind of slow as well. The waiter was nice but we found ourselves wondering if he would come by anytime soon again.

I went to the melting pot on a Saturday night at 8PM with a reservation. I had to wait 5 minutes but not too long. We went to the table and ordered wine. We received the correct wine but not the right size for the glass. The waitress apologies and said it will be the same price as the one ordered. Then we ordered a fondue bourguignone, so European style, with canola oil. The waitress bring back a fondue with bouillon. Again not the one we ordered. She apologies and bring back the right one. The place was packed so I understand you can mix fondue, not a big deal. The fondue was delicious and the presentation perfect. We loved it. Then we had a chocolate fondue and we were glad we keep room for it as it was a gem! We will definitely come back. Nice place.

Five of us make our way to explore fondue in Melting Pot. This is a two story restaurant with vaulted ceiling. We were seated in the lower floor. This reminds me of a Swiss chalet. Fondue can be serve in various formats like cheese, broth, oil and chocolate. We have the 4 course dinner where we start with cheese fondue, then salad, broth and oil and finally with chocolate. First, we have the classic Alpine Fondue in which aged white cheese(Gruyère?) and white wine are melted in a caquelon. You can dip bread, fresh vegetable like broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot into the cheese. Simply delicious! For salads, we have the Caesar, House salad, and California. The Caesar has a nice mix of Romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, croutons and crusted pine nut and of course the Caesar dressing. The crusted pine nut added a special flavor to the Caesar salad. Wife has her California salad with mixed salad greens, tomatoes, and candied pecans with Gorgonzola cheese and Vinaigrettle dressing. The House salad were made with Romaine and Iceberg lettuce, a little cheddar cheese, tomatoes and a sliced egg with Ranch Dressing. The salads were fresh and well make! For our entrees, we share two cooking styles, Bourguignonne and broth. A mixture of French Quarter, Classic, Land and Sea, Salmon filet and chicken breast were going back and fore between us. Each one tried filet mignon, chicken breast, shrimp, and andouille sausage. Well we missed the duck breast, chicken pot stickers and Ahi tuna. May be next time, we will order that! For dessert, what do you think we have? Fondue, of course. We shared the Yin and Yang and a Bananas Foster. The Yin and Yang bring out the dark and white chocolate in a very artistic presentation! The Bananas Foster obviously is a fondue version minus the ice cream as served in New Orleans’ Brennan Restaurant. We all love the dessert. The ladies rated the Yin and Yang number 1 and Bananas Foster number 2! Our waiter, Devin, is attentive and not overbearing. The manager, Chris, stopped by twice to ensure we have the best dining experience. Very proactive management style! If you looking for a dining experience with many courses over 2 – 3 hours in a relaxed atmosphere doing you own cooking, this is a terrific place to go. Reservation is a must. Highly recommended!

A++++++ Would recommend this to anyone! Great drinks, atmosphere and awesome food! This is our new local hangout and the staff treats us like family, truly a great place! For the $ you can’t beat it. Always the same great staff, it is not like a normal restaurant with fly by night servers. Try the Teriyaki steak it is to die for!

Super-Indulgent Special Occasion Favorite The strip mall location looks unassuming but don’t let this deter you. This casual dining venue has an interior suitable for celebrating special events, date night or dinner with out of town guests when your budget, appetite and dietary goals allow. The 4 Course Experience(cheese fondue, salad, entrée and chocolate fondue) makes for an unforgettable evening. However, I admit my favorite courses are the Cheese Fondue and Chocolate Fondue. Some of the Chocolate Fondue options are flambé making for a fun photo opportunity. Be sure to ask your server before you make a decision, if you want one of this variety. I’ve been told it isn’t out of the question to come just for the Chocolate Fondue… Thoughts and Recommendations:
Make reservations in advance. Understand this is a hands-on experience and that’s part of the appeal. Come hungry and prepare to leave feeling very full. Don’t rush the experience. You’ll enjoy yourself more if you can take your time.

Our server, Becca gets 5 stars… The food, only 3 in my opinion. Will go back for just the cheese and maybe dessert, not impressed with everything in between.

This place is amazing! I took my wife if 5 months to celebrate our anniversary and first you need reservations, it is STRONGLY recommended. You have several options, you can do the complete 4 course meal(you get the Cheese Foundue, Salad, Entrée and the dessert) that’s about 40.00 a person, but you can get by, just picking the portions you want if that’s steep for you. We had the cheese, skipped the salad had entrée(I had the Salmon and my wife had the spinach artichoke ravioli) GREATGREAT! Your food comes raw but you pick the broth to boil and cook your food in, wonderful atmosphere, the server was amazing and we were seated fast for a Friday night(we didn’t have reservations but we got there at 8:30 and had a 9:00 reservation and was in our seat at 8:50) great place!

Cheese fondue great… tiny portions. Boiling beef is gross. If I had known I was going to have to cook my entrée then I would have stayed home. Not worth the trouble! Would say more but will stop. Last restaurant review I gave, the management wrote back challenging my review. So, if you want to pay $$$ to see for yourself; don’t blame me. had to choose a star but one is not necessary.

Do you fondue? Enjoyed this place. It’s pricey but it is an experience. The all you can eat we had at Father’s Day was a great deal. Service can be a little slow and having to always make reservations isn’t so much fun but overall good quality fondue experience

Awful. First time here. I always heard good things from this place so wanted to try. Way over priced. For 70 bucks we could have gone somewhere way better. The food, service, and atmosphere(people wearing jorts, seriously?) don’t match the prices. Would rather have gone to chilis. Cheese looked like it came straight from a publix shredded bag of cheese. Was disgusting watching the server prepare. The meats we had were meh and had no flavor. The dessert was the only decent thing we had. The service was ok, but weird and didn’t meet the price point of the restaurant. Fondue isn’t for us… we won’t be returning.

Would have been able to review this location if the young lady who answered the phone didn’t make me feel like a HUGE inconvenience. What a shame because normally I love The Melting Pot.

This is by far the greatest fondue spot I’ve been to. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere with friendly and comfortable service. Perfect for long dinners — wouldn’t suggest this place if you are on a time constraint as the experience is so great from appetizer cheese fondue to melting chocolate — you won’t want to rush it!

I love this place. Great service. 4 course meal is awesome. Cheese, salad, beef seafood and chicken to dip and then the awesome chocolate dessert. I have also had the cajun meal with andouille sausage. If you dont like the 4 couse meal you can order ala carte.

The last evening for our departure… was S U P E R Our server was Mike. Very friendly and calm. We started with a Love Martini(8,95 dollar), a lemon berry mojito(8,95 dollar), a coke(2,50 dollar) and a bottle San Pelliggrino water(3,95 dollar). The cocktails were sooooo good !!! The cheddar fondue made at our table was delicious. We had the mojo fondue(4,99 dollar). My men went for the classic combo(38,99 dollar/each) and I had the duck entrée(20,99 dollar). It came together with vegetables and some potatoes. There was some space for the original chocolate fondue as dessert together with a tasteful café latte(4 dollar) and a café international(6,95 dollar). We had no reservation but we got very fast a table near the bar. All servers were busy and polite. The customer is treated well. Even the manager came to present himself. We had a cheque of 160 dollar(incl tip) and yes, too expensive for doing it on a regular base. Nevertheless, we were satisfied and would like to recommend this place to everybody.

Fantastic service! We loved our server Alex and the manager, Ian, was delightful to meet too. I found a groupon earlier that day for two people and I bought it before asking the restaurant. I called a hour before coming in and asked if they would take the groupon. Ian said no but he honored the price of the 4 course meal that the groupon was offering. I thought that was very nice! We’ll just use the groupon at another location. No biggie! Out of all the courses, our favorite was the dessert. My goodness, was it delicious! We tried the cookies and cream with the marshmallow dream. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!!! This place is definitely a restaurant for special events. I can’t see myself eating here on any given day… too expensive. Overall, I enjoyed my time. If I were to return, I probably just go for dessert and try a different chocolate goodness they have to offer.
