Accidentally purchased the wrong size. Immediately went back into the store to exhange, but they did not have the size I needed, so I bought something else. The store manager Rhianne(sp) and clerk Yasmine could not process the return. I stood there, being nice, for 49 minutes while they struggled to process a return for an item I had purchased just 5 minutes before. They have still not refunded the item and this was 6 days ago. Rhianne just informed me there is nothing she can do about this, i will have to call customer service. When I let her know I would never shop at her store again because she is incapable, as a manager, of processing a credit card return the same day of the transaction, she was puzzled by this. She told me, and I quote, «Why? I don’t understand? You were laughing and joking with us.» Yes, I was, because I am nice. Maybe if I had been a big fat jerk, my refund would have actually been processed. I will never shop at this location again. Ever!!! UGH!!! FASTFORWARD: The store manager, Rhianne, called me back. She called customer service and said that I should receive a refund. I received two email notifications of the refund and actually received the refund by 4⁄21. I wish I had not had to kick up a fuss, but I want to be fair and acknowledge that she took care of this. I just love all the Chico’s FAS brands, and they are Fort Myers based, so I am really happy this all worked out. Soma has beautiful things.

Worst online customer service I have experienced, and that says a lot. Got a gift that was too small, and just wanted to exchange it. They sent an email saying they needed more info after 6 weeks, asking me to call — the person who sent the msg was out for a week and didn’t document the problem. Twice I identified the item in another pattern in the correct size but never got it. I DID get my original item back in the mail though!!! Now they say they are issuing me a credit to use on another purchase! As if I want to continue to do business with them… STAYAWAY!

I ordered three of the front closure, vanishing back bras back in February. Gentle cycle wash and line dry. After four months, one of the bras will no longer close in the front(and no, I haven’t gained weight) and a second one has the binding along the back and edges pulling away. It was only glued on. After five months I expect that a $ 50 bra would still be in good condition. I’ve never had this problem with Victoria Secrets and that’s where I’ll be buying my bras from now on. To add insult to injury, when I complained via email to the company, they never even bothered to respond. I will not buy from them again.
