I had a poor experience here related to receiving multiple shades of tile in the lot given to us. The regional manager eventually took responsibility for it and is making significant efforts to remedy it.

The regional manager reached out to me very quickly and I was impressed. She seemed genuinely interested in improving the customer service in the store. Still not sure if I will go back but we will see.

This place is HUGE! I highly recommend perusing their online store to get a sense of the style/size of tile you’re looking for. They have an abundance of ’tile experts’ waiting to assist you throughout the store. I had visited before when they took notes & orders on paper pads; now their employees are equipped with iPads that communicate with the checkout system. Pretty cool! I believe I had Sal assist me in choosing my final tile. I had arrived with a list in hand and measurements of my rooms so that they could double-check the amount of tile required. It was a bit of a wait to check out since there was a line and one woman who seemed to have 1,000 questions. The guys who loaded the tile into my vehicle were very well-tempered and quick. I would recommend shopping here for your next tile project. VERY good prices and the quality of tile I received is great :)

Massive warehouse holding an array of tiles to choose from. Between bathroom, kitchen(with back splashes to boot), bedrooms and hallway choices, it’s a real hard decision of what you really like. There are quite the few tile experts waiting to help the customer, so questions can be answered in a reasonable fashion. Willingness to work with a customer and not automatically go for the most expensive model is key. We looked at the $ 1.90 — $ 1.99 per square foot range of tiles, but there were ones that were $ 2.20+ in the same area. That’s not to say there wasn’t anything in the $ 0.70 — $ 0.99 range, but we’re looking for something practical for a bedroom. Small squares, big squares, accent pieces that tell you where that floor may end… Definitely a place in the top five to check out for designs and patterns.
