this place features two rooms spanish and the other hiphop. I usually go on a saturday night. This place does not get filled till about 11pm-1130pm. The Hiphop room tends to get confused that its that and will start playing merengue and bachata which kind of kills the whole hiphop feeling at time so beware if you are looking to bring your american friends and give them refuge from an all spanish club. Ive been twice to this place and the first time I had no issues with smells or anything and it could possibly be because it was new to me and I started drinking quickly? IDK My last trip to this place 3÷2÷13 this place smelled like they moped the spanish bar area with a urine mop. Yes, this area smelled like urine and it was 10pm and it was still rather empty and I didnt see anyone drunk enough to be pissing in any corners. My second smell observation was in the Hiphop room near the DJ both and tables I was standing in this area to put my drink down and it smelled of vomit. This can be avoided with an affordable shampoo rug machine cause we know people do not always hold their liquor. Shame on this place for not cleaning well enough. I do know they sure try to avoid cleaning this place by preventing drink spills they scold you for bringing your drink on the dance floor. I pay a decent amount of money to drink my alcohol and I do not want to place it on a table because I hear a song I really want to jam too. Leaving my drink unattended is say«Hey my drink is unattended come Rooffy me and let me not get home safe.» Not smart in that aspect its not fun being scolded on the dance floor because of a drink in my hand. Beer should be in cans or cups and you wont worry about glass just water and juice. Put a sign out saying beware of spilled drinks or dance at your own risk. I see other clubs higher a guy strictly to clean the floor or they put a little salt or sand to soak up the spills as they dance. IDK what to tell you here its your policy I am just complaining about it. They have valet parking at this place which is free you just have to tip the guy which i see only a hand full of people use. Thank you since it makes it that much eaiser to get to my car at the end of the night. The security is police officers with their badges out or so I think since I don’t actually stare at what the badge says it could say something else and I wouldn’t know. The place offers tables to sit so you can come early and get a table to sit at and enjoy the music and dance if you especially if you are bringing your parents out to dance and dont want them standing all night. This place slightly reminds me of Lancers in Newark, NJ but def cannot compare to that place for reasons such as. This place needs a live spanish band to really give it a spanish flavor, waitresses to serve appetizer menu and sangria via pitchers or even just drinks and just give it a more friendly vibe. I feel this place is def not friendly to its customers it lacks its personal touch. Forgot to mention $ 10 cover for females I don’t want to know what they charge men and thats regardless of being 21 and spending money. I will def be looking into some other spanish places to go dancing.
