Friendly staff, big menu. We stopped for breakfast. They had all the standards, well prepared, surprisingly not greasy as a typical diner might be. Good choice for a stop along rt 59.

Other than the group of smokers standing directly in front of the door, it’s a small restaurant where the smells of what’s cookin waft over the diner bar. Simple menu serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 24hrs. They’ve got these hashbrown you can order«all the way» with onions, tomatoes, peppers, ham and cheese. GETTHEM! I got the waffle with pecans and it was awesome!

Kind of like a Waffle House, they have the laminated menu which can serve as a place mat. Similar offerings, but they seemed to have a wider selection of meals to choose from. I had the Salisbury Steak special with 3 sides(cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy). The meal was good, and as expected. Service was excellent, prices fair. I left a decent tip.

We stopped by this place because that’s only option in long stretch of road in Alabama and gotta feed the kiddies. The waiters there was very nice and willing work with us even willing to do special order. However the food was mediocre and the establishment didn’t feel that clean I ordered kids meal for my kids but ended up have to pay adult price because added bacon even though bacon was priced cheap on their menu, 36 bucks for 2 adults and 2 kids, hmmm no they are adding prices because of simple stuff. I’m not only one, my friend who traveled with us and his two kids had to pay 26 dollars for theirs when it could be 20 or less for everything. But if u hungry and need food and u around the area, that or fast food. Hardee is nearby.

OK… the name doesn’t sound all that promising. I’ll give you that. However, when we drove off the freeway, onto 11N, it became pretty clear that the place wasn’t as bad as the name implied. The lot was pretty well utilized. We walked in, and sat at an old school ‘booth’. The Menu is pretty much a two sided place mat. The first site is all breakfast combos. The second side was lunch/dinner fair. We all ordered from the breakfast side. Our waitress came up, took our order pretty promptly. Food was very good, and they do offer options for home fries, the works includes cheese, peppers, ham and the like. Food came up pretty quickly, not all of it was has hot as I would have liked, but all told it was a great ‘road stop’ for brunch. The total for the meal was $ 25, for three adults ordering breakfast. VERY reasonable for the amount of food we received. The wait staff was very attentive and pleasant. Recommended!
