I absolutely LOVE my Bosch dishwasher. So quiet and my dishes come out sparkling clean! A big, huge thank you to Brian S. at the Port St Lucie location for his knowledgeable, customer service and support. He was delightful and friendly, without being a pushy salesman, and assisted us in finding the perfect dishwasher. We will be back(soon!) for all of our appliance purchases. We would rather spend our money at a small business like Jetsons… It is nice to see them go the extra mile in competition with the big box chains.

Ten years ago, I purchased all my kitchen appliances through Jetson’s and didn’t have any complaints. Later still, I purchased my washer and dryer through that store, and while my dryer needed some repair shortly thereafter, I still didn’t have any complaints. So it made sense that when my microwave and dishwasher both broke down, I went back to Jetson. Our salesman was pleasant enough. However I was charged two full delivery/installation fees to have one man, with one truck, deliver and install both… not an auspicious beginning. After using the dishwasher the first night I realized that it did not perform well at all. Nothing was dry, food was still in a sauce jar I’d placed in it to test it and my coffee/tea cups still had stains. I went back to the store and was given a run around… using wrong soap, dishwashers are made differently, shouldn’t put jars on the bottom, etc. etc. Every point I brought up, they had a counter point… all making it seem as if I was the one using the dishwasher improperly. I’m 62 yrs. old, and this wasn’t my first dishwasher. If a dishwasher appliance doesn’t get your dishes clean and doesn’t dry them, then why have one? I was told they couldn’t just take it back(even though I was so disgusted with the product I said I’d pay the restocking fee). I had to waste more time and have a service tech come and determine whether there was anything wrong with the machine. They told me to wash a full load and leave it in the machine for the tech to see the results. I did that, and when he came he saw the wet, spotted pots and cups. As well as the coffee cup that came out dirtier than when it went in Then I had to listen to him say it was my fault because I used the quick wash setting(something I’d done with my old machine for 10 years). The temperature on this machine cannot be adjusted except when using«normal», which then makes the machine run from either 129 minutes or 147 minutes on hi temp. So, because I didn’t use hi temp, this was the reason he gave for the poor results. Meanwhile, he never inspected the machine. I’m tired of hearing excuses about the crappy performance of this dishwasher(Frigidaire)…and I’m tired of hearing that it’s my fault for using the soap of my preference and the cycle of my preference. If the machine can’t accommodate my choices, it’s obviously not the one for me and they should just accept the return, especially since I’m not fussing over the restocking fee. I called the salesman, was told he was out to lunch, waited for more than an hour, never got a return call. Called back, was told he and the manager were with customers. Then when I said I was calling the owner, I got a call back right away. As can be expected, returns are LEAST likely to inspire good customer service. I was told I had to go back to the store yet again, «for paperwork», before they’ll have it uninstalled. I told the salesman I wasn’t interested in buying another machine from them and I suspect that’s why I have to go in. Because surely the tech removing the machine could have me sign the necessary paperwork. Jetson does not really care about customer service. There are too many appliance stores in the area, with less expensive products, to have to deal with the BS. I realize that there’s no guarantee I won’t have to deal with BS at any other store, but since I went to Jetson in the first place to get a great product and good customer service. and got neither, it doesn’t seem to matter where I shop now.

Certainly will never consider purchasing any items for myself or my customers. The follow up is unprofessional at best. Quick to take your money… but service when problems occur is another story. Still waiting for replacement parts 6 months later!

I’ve been buying appliances and T.V. from Jetson for over 30 yrs… and have found the service and staff are all great… I also know lots of friends and family that only buy from Jetson… I check prices and know you can save a few dollars on some items… but between great service and friendly staff… It’s not worth the run around… and as far as warranties… I was within one week of a 5 yr warranty on a refrigerator… and they sent a new one to my house… No questions asked… I doubt, I would of got that from anywhere else… That’s why I’ve been a loyal customer for this many years… Give them a try and I know you too will see what I’ve experienced…

We rent from a property managing company that has a contract with this Jetsons to repair or replace any appliances in our rental. Recently, the internal glass in the door of the old oven/microwave combo shattered after using it to roast some vegetables. We called them, and gave the model number, etc. They told us they would give us a 2 hour window to come repair it. My husband took 2 hours off of work, for the technician to come, get the model number AGAIN, then leave. We left for a two day vacation the next day, refering them to our property manager to access the property and fix it. After the landlord opted instead to replace the oven, Jetsons decided to deliver the oven without calling ANYONE to make sure they could get into the property. Our gate security were the ones to notify us that they were at the rental. After taking time out of our vacation to sort it all out, they finally called the property manager like they were supposed to and delivered the oven. Unfortunately, they decided to drop bits of broken glass all over the inside of our house getting the old oven out. It’s been a week and we are still picking bits of glass up. I’m just glad we haven’t cut ourselves. Their store, employees and service is a cluster f – k of incompetence. When we buy our own home, we will never deal with this store, and perhaps not any Jetsons.

I wish I could give zero stars. My parents have purchased all of their appliances through this company. Recently, they purchased a refrigerator through Jetsons. They have purchased televisions, microwaves, dishwasher, ovens, wash machine… many products through this company. In July their refrigerator stopped working. They went to Jetsons and purchased a new one. The first appliance that came had issues with the doors lining up incorrectly, and there was a major dent on the top of the door. The company sent out men who came with a bottle of nail polish remover to fix the door? They decided at the service visit that the nail polish remover wouldn’t fix the issue. They waited another week for another worker to tell them that it was a door problem, and they would not even accept the product. At this point they say they will deliver a new refrigerator. After a week of missed appointments, where the workers were supposed to show up and they didn’t, they brought another refrigerator. Now, when the new workers came to the home they said the refrigerator was installed incorrectly and it was a hazard. The ice makers water line was not put together properly. So, these men proceed to put together the new refrigerator. There were issues with this one as well. After all of this they needed to deliver a third one. This refrigerator has a door that is unstable, and the ice maker isn’t working. My mother called to complain since my father works a lot. She usually handles issues around the home. She spoke with Adam who is supposedly the Vice President of the company. He told my mother that she is a divorcee and he doesn’t have to deal with her. My mother just called me so upset, She has never been so disrespected in her life. They brushed my parents off who have all their appliances through their company. My parents lost all of the food they had in their refrigerator throughout the month while having to deal with the refrigerator getting constantly switched out. They were very patient, and just wanted the problem to be fixed. Now they are stuck with a broken refrigerator. I’m so upset that my parents had to deal with this. It’s unfortunate that a company can be so rude, and unprofessional to loyal customers. Again, my mother called to speak with Adam who told her he will not deal with her because she is a divorced woman. My mother is happily married for over 20 years. My mother and father are very upset. They have all their appliances through this company. NEVERAGAINJETSONS!

Buying products and services locally has always been something that our family tries to do. After shopping at Jetsons TV& Appliance Center we decided that we’d go home and go over the figures and decide which set of appliances we would be buying the next day. This didn’t set very well with the salesperson and she became quite annoyed with this decision. It is a shame that a salesperson can get so obsessed with the sale that she looses sight of the fact that we are all customers and deserve proper treatment. You have choices where to spend your money and I would suggest that you cross Jetsons off your list!
