Bricktown gets 5 stars on service — Every visit has been wonderful including the bartenders suggestions on adult beverages. 5 stars on food — Have not ordered anything I didn’t like. My favorite plate would be the Fried Chicken salad the combination of cold greens, mixture of flavors and warm fried chicken coming together is awesome. 5 stars on price — You get what you pay for, very affordable and the atmosphere is cozy.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Love their pizzas. They have the best nachos around. Their service is also top notch. And even my kids want to come back.

Would rate as average on the food and beer, but above average on the service. Just ok, but nothing really memorable — we went here on basis of strong Unilocal stars, so maybe expecting more… Truck burger was worth ordering for a hearty, juicy burger, but the chili was fatty and disappointing.

This is a great place with a big city and also historic feel. Love the downtown area of Fort Smith. No matter how busy they are, they can always get you in quickly. I had the BBQ& Cashew pizza and it was AMAZING!

Don’t expect a quiet intimate dinner. Bricktown is busy, noisy and full of people having fun. Make a special trip just to try the Sea Salt Caramel Fries; they are loaded with sweet pepper bacon and have a sweet and spicy caramel sauce that is positively addictive. Portions are generous, waitstaff is friendly and the food is tasty — with a menu full of unique items to bring you back to try something new each time! I was not fond of the Great Plains Burger, the Boursin and blueberries overshadowed the Bison flavor. Be prepared to wait when it is busy, the staff puts presentation of a well prepared dish above speed; in my book that’s a good thing!

First time trying this place. Our party tried four different apps and they were all good, especially the brick town chips. Tried the bison burger and the Big Mike’s meatloaf and both were awesome. The Bricktown Brown Ale was good as well. Great night to sit out on the patio and listen to the live music! Perfect night out.

Great spot for lunches in the downtown area. Food is always hot and fresh. Make sure you read what you are ordering though, some of the items have lots of ingredients you may or may not like. Parking can sometimes be a challenge but thats expected in this part of town

We normally like to get a brew to close the weekend. And we thought this was the place. We wanted to order a pot pie but the server said it would take 20 minutes. The irony is we were rushed to order and 20 minutes later we were wondering where our food is??? So we paid for our mediocre beer and left.

Me and my friends go here all the time. In all honesty, they are a bit overrated. Atmosphere is cool though and the servers are nice. I ordered a beer that they ran out of and they were going to give me a more expensive one but they ended up finding the one that I ordered in the back and I was devastated. I could’ve gotten a more expensive beer for a cheaper price.

I don’t get downtown too often but when I do I stop in for lunch. A bit pricey but that’s ok because the food is really great and of course when you add in alcohol it will push the ticket up. Haven’t been disappointed in anything I have ordered. Some of the staff is a little too hipster for my taste but that is the price you pay sometimes for hiring millennials.

I had the trucker burger, which is a 50⁄50 beef/bacon blend, but it was so dry it seems like they pre-cooked the bacon before mixing it with the ground beef. I did not enjoy the burger. The sweet potato fries were pretty good. I had the Bricktown Brown ale, which was so-so. I have to compare this burger to Slater’s 50⁄50 in Pasadena, California, which is 1500 miles away but its the only other place I’ve had a 50⁄50 bacon/beef burger and it was about 100x better than Bricktown. You can’t even compare them, really.

First time to eat here. Went in around 5pm on a weekday. I was waiting on a friend and his kids to arrive. I was seated to the left of the hostess stand and I guess someone forgot about me. I waited for 10 minutes then got up and asked the hostess if I needed to order a drink from the bar. She promptly sent someone. Maybe it was change of shift or something. Rest of the visit was smooth sailing… service was good, the food looked ok-good. There were an array of orders: my friend got the cheeseburger with blue cheese; kids got a pizza and salad. Everything looked pretty fresh. I ordered the turkey sandwich with avocado and sweet potato fries. Sandwich was huge and I had to take half of it home. Fries were fresh and hot. I’d go here again.

Up and down would describe our experience here. Cocktails were not mixed particularly well and I unfortunately ordered a beer flight which included many weak beers with watered down flavors. When i shared that info with the waitress, she told the bartender who then came over to our table to find out who was complaining and why were were wrong.; 0 There seemed to be some foods that the restaurant was out of and others that our waitress thought were no longer available — but then turned out to be available after all. The burger was pretty tasty but the chili had to be sent back — it was bitter. I think I will try somewhere new next time i roll through town.

Good food — had the meatloaf which was delicious(scraped the sauce off the top, to sweet for my taste — only complaint) Broccoli as the side which was well cooked — still had some pleasant crunch. Also had the buffalo wings which were crispy and delicious. Good beers on tap, friendly bartender.

So I think I decided to try this place because it was voted as NWA best brewery. I must say that it lived up to its reputation. It was a Friday evening at around 6:30 and so I found parking in the parking lot adjacent to it. I walked inside and found out that there was a wait. I asked them how long and they said 20 min. So I signed in and like everyone else I stood outside waiting to be called. I think they called me @ 23 mins. Good job. Oh yea. If you give your number their system will text you. So the inside is typical of a brewery/restaurant. I did not notice anything special cause I guess I wanted to taste what the beer was like. Now I am not a beer drinker per say(more of a wine drinker) and so I decided on the sampler. YES! Clearly the Unilocalers who guided me here were not mistaken. I got a great sample of the beer they brew. I like darker beers and totally enjoyed those but really there wasnt any that was bad. Overall good experience. I also had the loaded bricktown chips. Now here is my gripe. Bacon is a little salty so you dont add salt when you cook it or compensate for that saltiness. Yup. The loaded bricktown chips weree a tad too salty for me. As a date place, I would think of this as a 3rd or 4th date location once you know the other person. Unless you plan on throwing yourself on the other person, its not the kind of ambiance that gets me going for that romantic smooch.

Came in on a business trip and was hoping to score a seat at the bar to watch the NCAA National Football game. Drinks were great, not overpriced and serving size was ample. I always order a tall drink and am happy when it’s an actual ‘tall drink’. For dinner I ordered the chicken tender salad. One of the best I have had in a very long time. I have to travel back to Fort Smith next week and am already looking forward to returning for dinner.

Good food and good service. There’s a good variety of selections from pizza to burgers and everything in between. We had blue cheese chips, loaded Carmel sweet potato fries, trio dipping and nachos for appetizers. All were delicious! We also got the rustic pepperoni pizza, truck burger and turkey pot pie, which was a little on the salty side. For drinks we got the Bloody Mary and Moscow mule, which were tasty. The martini wasn’t bad, but disappointed that the portion was about and inch from the rim and two sips, you are done. There was live music at 7pm. The guys singer did a great job.

I travel to Ft. Smith every now and then and have now been here twice… not disappointed yet. First trip, I had the Bleu cheese burger and my co-worker had a salad with fried chicken(not sure the name of it but she didn’t see it on the menu this time). Today I had the truck burger(bacon mixed with ground beef… wonderful!) and my co-worker had the breakfast burger(burger with fried egg, bacon and hash browns on top)… Mine was great and she said her’s was pretty awesome too. Both trips, the food was pretty fabulous. Love their fries: they’re sort of thin and shoe-stringish but not crunchy… very salty. The menu had some pretty cool items that I wish I would’ve been hungry enough to try(bacon on a stick… cheese curds… apple crisp lie)…but it was lunch and I couldn’t even finish my whole burger and fries. Their drink menu was pretty exciting looking too… But I was on a work lunch so… Atmosphere and décor was trendy and fun. Prices were decent(my truck burger meal was $ 13). Service was really good. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Bricktown Brewery is delicious, and true to the form of it’s original Oklahoma City location.(I know there’s also one in Tulsa.) The restaurant has kind of a gritty /trendy /classic /hipster feel. I like it.(They also offer wifi.) It’s a pretty cool scene! As for food, I recommend: –Cheese Curds(Appetizer) — These are delicious. And pretty terrible for you. But delicious. –The«World’s Best» BLT. The bacon is peppery, and it’ll be too spicy for some folks, but I think it’s really good. –Potato Salad — They have an excellent potato salad that’s very unique. –Sweet Potato Fries — Their sweet potato fries are excellent, and good with ranch, but the BEST thing to dip them in is their ridiculously amazing«spicy caramel» sauce. If you doubt God’s existence, these fries when dipped in the caramel sauce will make a believer out of you. –Cocktails — I haven’t had it at this location(I had it in their Tulsa /Owasso location), but they might have a bacon infused old fashioned. It’s GREAT. Bricktown Brewery is a solid option for a great meal in Fort Smith. It’s worth a trip!

This was a pleasant surprise. We were happy to have a decent meal on our road trip. Had the sweet potato fries with bacon caramel drizzled over it. It eats more like a dessert, but I’m not against dessert first anyways. I got the Cobb salad and it was huge. They don’t skimp on any of the toppings except for the sliced hard boiled egg. The burgers also had a rich meaty beefy flavor. One drop in the star due to sloooooow service and also a fly was bothering us the entire meal.
