We have used this company to ship items to our family in Arizona for a long time and they have always done an excellent job packing and sending our stuff. I have found them very fair and honest with us. As a big believer in family run businesses they have earned ours!

I had three packages to ship with prepaid labels. Two needed to go by UPS and the third, by FedEx. All three were too large to fit in the drop boxes around town, and I really didn’t want to make multiple trips to go to a UPS and a FedEx store… Enter The Mail Room. I was worried they wouldn’t accept my packages since I wasn’t buying anything from their store, but they had a section right when you walk in for packages with prepaid labels needing to go by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
I also noticed they rent uhauls.

The downside of ordering on line is definitely returning the items you don’t like. I ended up with two home dcor items that needed to be returned by Fed Ex or UPS and used the services of The Mail Room. The staff there was very professional and helpful; in both instances they compared the costs of shipping by different methods so that I would get the best deal.
When one of the companies that I was returning merchandise to claimed not to get the package, I called The Mail Room for the necessary tracking info and was quickly supplied with the necessary information. Normally the tracking info would have been on the receipt but the particular day I was there was about a week before Christmas and the place was extremely busy. I recommend this small business for any mailing type services you have.
