Always have a good experience with Enterprise. Good value.

The car was clean, ran great, and the agent I dealt with in person was sweet, I think it was Jill. However the agent I dealt with on the phone was very impatient. I would have given Enterprise 5 stars except the «one way» fee was astronomical. The fee just for the drop off was $ 165 for a one way in state, ouch.

Great service, great friendly staff and very polite! Id rent here again. Keep up the great work

Rented my vehicle from 4÷20−4÷24. Picked up from Fort Walton Airport in FL and dropped off at Tallahassee Airport. I was supposed to be picking up my car on the 19^th, but couldn’t due to a missed flight. Enterprise still had my car waiting for me. Ended up getting a nicer car than I had originally rented which worked out perfectly for hauling people and luggage around while on vacation. Dropped the car off at Tallahassee before they opened, very simple instructions on how to do so and key drop was very visible when going through the airport. Would recommend anyone to Enterprise and to these specific locations.

I rented a car on April 16^th through April 20^th. The staff was professional, the car was amazing. I would highly recommend using this Enterprise… Mark X. Andersen

They told me the fuel tank was full when I picked the key. But when I got to the car, the tank is not full at all.

I can’t say enough about the folks working the desk at this enterprise location. My info is always available for my reservation, the line moves quickly, and the cars are always in good condition. Heck, sometimes they even feel like giving me an upgrade… mostly because I’m kinda husky and my company only pays for economy cars.

and when I arrived the reservation was not there. The rep said no problem and took care of it instantly and offered the same discounted price. They did try to push the insurance, but I told them I was a claims adjuster and knew how it worked and they stopped pushing. Overall a very easy process.

At pick up car had a couple of clearly significant dents with paint chipped through to bare metal. At this airport you have to walk about .25 mile to unattended lot so to have damage documented you have to walk all the way back to either get another vehicle or have them sign off on it. So the nice lady said if it was smaller than your hand the damage was insignificant and didn’t require a sign off. Now anyone that rents regularly knows better. So I asked and was given another car. So kind of pain at this airport. It would be better if they took the time to note damage to save customer hassle.

After a terrible experience with a Enterprise location in Paris, Texas it was refreshing to have a service experience like I did at VPS airport. The paris TX location fraudulently charged me for a cracked window days after I left and they had checked my car back in. The insurance claims department was able to take care of my request and drop the charge which is the ONLY reason I decided to give Enterprise another shot.
This location was kind, efficient, and overall on top of their game. The car was clean and easy to find. I was actually provided an SUV upgrade at no charge since my car wasn’t ready. This is a far cry from the Paris, TX location where I paid double for an SUV because I showed up an hour early and my reserved car was not ready.
Great experience. If you’re ever flying into Fort Walton Beach, FL (VPS) give this Enterprise your car rental biz.

Mark was a douche as well as the bleach blonde that helped me. I had gotten a car from them through my insurance company after an accident and was told I had to take their daily insurance also, for $ 16 a day, this was a lie. When I spoke with Mark about it, he told me he could cancel it but not refund my money back. Needless to say, I totaled my car and there I was just about totaling out my bank account with the charges from this company. The only saving grace is that a really cool guy who works nights, Nathan (?), refunded all frivolous charges and was extremely courteous and informative. Take your time to go over paperwork, don’t let anyone rush you. If Mark and the other chick wasn’t there I would go back and rent a car. ONLY then.

I had my hit & run while on vacation, which is not FUN to begin my review. I called Enterprise Rental Cars as I have worked with them for years as an agent for Allstate Insurance. The rep Stephanie, took great care of me as she understood my situation. I needed a van to replace my van as I had others join me on this trip and she helped get me into a van for little cost out of pocket, thank you. Ms. Bullard was an awesome employee and if was still an agent I would hire her in a heartbeat, at any cost, she was that good. The driver you have that shuttles customers was James made us laugh during a bad time and he helped make our day too. Mr. West helped when I brought the van back and was a pleasure to work with also.
You have a great team down there and I hope you continue to help others the same as you helped me. If I ever need your services in the area you will be the second call, Not that I want to have trouble on vacation, but you all helped make a bad time better.

Awful experience with this location and will be contacting the corporate office for almost making me miss my orientation for college due to the horrible communication. I spoke with Mark earlier in the week, and reserved a car for me to pick up one day prior to my orientation and he assured me everything would be ready. Get all my bags packed, and walk in the door ready to sign the paperwork and receive the car and the first thing they ask me is my age. I tell them I am 20, and they say that I can not rent a car unless I’m 21 even with a cosigner. You would think that the the first thing they would ask when setting everything up over the phone is my age but of course they did not. For someone who is supposed to specialize in car rentals Mark doesn’t seem to be the brightest bulb in the bunch. If you’re looking for a rental car look elsewhere and don’t let these fools waste your time. Your business will be hearing from me soon.

Average car rentaL service… rep was a lil snippy… no the charming personality. but she did her job… car was ok… smudges on body… not 5 stars. but 4 .a smile goes along way.

Worst experience by far with enterprise! Mark will tell you one thing but when you call back to confront him. He said that I didn’t give him a Definite answer on the reservation. I told him the day my car was going to the shop. He said he’d contact the Crestview office and just call them and it would be all taken car of. It wasn’t and because of that we had to drive a 15 passenger van till they could get us a car. Which was told to us would be rdy at this location by 2pm. It wasn’t and Michael had to get upset before Mark decided they’d just upgrade it, since they lied for a second time. Do whatever you can to avoid this location. Usaa gave them my information to get a car with them but if that happens to you say No and choose a company within the price limits. No military discount, horrible service just an upsetting experience. Again Avoid at all cost!

You would think being a rental company, dependent on your business, that they would be more helpful.
Boy was I wrong.
Let me start by saying I am underage for a rental. Now, after contacting my insurance company who ok’ed the rental after my car was deemed unsafe, Enterprise still saw it fit for them to shut down my representative with every word he spoke. The customer service adviser wouldn’t even let him finish! Talk about rude. Even he was flabbergasted at the way he and I both were being treated. So, after calling other rental places while still there since I was stranded without a car, I was then ignored until I stared a gentlemen down and told him I needed to be taken to work.
If I could give 0 stars, I wouldn’t. They would still have one based on the service that picks you up/​drops you off somewhere. Those gentlemen are by far some of the most pleasant I have worked with.
Other than that, horrible service.
The best part about all of this was the fact the rented from them before…
when I was younger. In my name. The same way I tried to this time around.
I realize its out of their policy… but maybe if they were a little more gracious with their listening skills, we may have been able to work something out. Or at least they wouldn’t of gotten this review after they seemed to get satisfaction out of telling me no.
