Not the best place for lessons, since you won’t necessarily get a teacher who is more than passingly familiar with their instrument. I took a couple horn lessons there and not only did their (only) brass specialist not ‘remember’ how to do some basic things they needed to teach in the very first lesson, I asked a transposition question and they looked at me blankly when I asked if the interval they were talking about was a ‘perfect fifth.’ Seriously?! Go someplace else.

They’ve always been very courteous and very knowledgeable. They’ve gone beyond the normal work hours to help me out. The sales staff was also very good at helping me find the right instruments for my children in MY price range.

Bad customer service. Was shopping for an instrument and the attendant didn’t know the difference between a cello and a bass. I think that I tried the cello with a violin bow. I’ll shop online and take web based lessons.

Right now they’re doing a sale free music lessons for life with purchase of a guitar, piano or drums… I THINK that’s correct. I’m still shopping around for a guitar but they have some decent newbie ones within a good price range. Worth checking out.
