The Seabreeze Inn

This place is PUTRID & DISGUSTING & a FILTHY roach invested place!!! (SEABREEZE INN in Fort Walton Beach, Florida! The walls are splattered with who knows what (vomit) stained sheets (blood) on the bed, beer in the refrigerator from the last person, pubic hairs in the bed! The owners are extremely rude and have an excuse for the filth that they are selling people! That just goes to show what type of people they are, in their own personal lives. THEY HAVE NO STANDARDS AT ALL AND THEY ARE ALSO FILTHY PEOPLE!!! Mike Patel is the owner & him & his wife are both VERY RUDE people they just argue on the phone with people about the filth and they actually deny it. DON’T STAY IN THIS PUTRID PLACE. Sleep in your car or under a tree somewhere! It’s safer!!! Cannot find ZERO STARS or I would have checked it!

Absolutely horrible! I felt like a horrible parent for allowing my kids to stay here. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this hotel was not worth the $ 95 I paid. I went with Hotwire and wish I wouldn’t have. The room was disgusting, floors were dirty, brown mattresses, doors had pry marks, mold, etc…

After reading the reviews we were leary. Front desk very nice, room ready b4 3, room was clean and everything functional. Right next to boat slip and The Original Waterfront Crab Shack. Over all great for what we needed.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Absolutely horrible conditions! We were desperate because of a cancelled reservation by another hotel but there is no excuse for the conditions these rooms were kept! 3 of the rooms coming down to mine were completely destroyed, i had to kick the door in to get inside. They did a better job keeping me out than the bugs! None of the furniture was up to date. The shower flooded! The list goes on!

I seriously don’t want to give this place any stars! My boyfriend and I stayed here because we just thought it would be a good idea to get out of the house for the weekend, made the reservations and we were off.
When we got there, we got to the front desk and saw that the pool was closed, that’s fine, we have the ocean. Then when trying to check us in they didn’t receive our reservations, so we sat there for 20 minutes while they tried to figure it out while the lady at the front desk gave us so much attitude.
Then we got our room, it was GROSS, ghetto and had nothing in it. There was a hole in the wall and the floors were nasty.
There were no soaps or anything to wash myself with and the shower didn’t work anyway! Needing to take a bath the whole visit!
We will not be returning and I don’t think anyone should come!
Ps. The pool was the color black!

Gave it one star because I had to click something. Unfortunately I have to spend one night in this run down filthy place. I can’t believe fort Walton allows this place to stay open. Do they have no standard. Door looks like it’s been kicked in one to many times. Possibly a murder or two in it. I turned the handle and walked right in without a key.
Highly discourage staying there unless absolutely last resort. If you do detox the next day.
Don’t go. Stay away. Waste of money.

Filthy, ghetto, no ice, but they have a ice machine, no toilet paper, poor customer service, ghetto guest. Should I continue? Don’t stay here!!! You might wake up covered in bugs, car stolen, or worse.
