Horrible service. It says it’s 24 hours but we pulled up and they were cash only, limited menu, and did I say horrible service! The girl at the drive thru blatantly ignored us. You would expect good food since obviously nothing was ready… not true! Stay away from this place!

First off, the manager on duty, Jean, obviously hates his job. I hate calling people out when it’s negative, but I feel like he needs formal training on how not to be a jerk to customers. Everyone else was nice, but I probably won’t return here ever because of this experience.

Beware!!! McDonalds in Nation harbor is worse McDonalds I have visited. They always have extremely long lines; they alway get your food orders wrong. The staff have nasty attitudes and the restrooms stink and are dirty most of the time. I thought the national harbor was a resort area; McDonald need to pack up and leave because they are make the National Harbor in Maryland look like the ghetto!!! The Corporate need to send spies to see whats going on at that restaurant!!! The night time shift is the worse at this McDonald. I also blame the Corp of McDonald for not having enought workers. I have seen workers working cash register and cooking! Again get your acts together McDonalds Corporates or get out of the National Harbor because your are making it look like an oppress hood area wiith your horrible service!!! I give your store an one star!!!

Worst service ever! Got order wrong left out a whole meal and gave me one bqq sauce wtf! Just drank my dr pepper and it’s flat! Obey if I went back to the drive through kid and told him he would just say he can’t hear me like he said twice before.

This dude has the worst attitude. He said nothing to be until I asked about the burnt fries he gave me. Smh

The service there is super slow. Not only does it take long for you to get your food but you’ll stand at the counter waiting for someone to take your order. if you’re in a rush, I wouldn’t recommend going there.

Don’t come during a holiday late at night. The service was horrible. I had to stand in line 4 times to get my order correct. Then they did not have apple pie so I had to get a refund. They still took care of me.

I gave this McDonald’s two stars… and they’re still lucky. Let me start with the good things about this location: Drive-​Thru AND Dining Area are open 24-​hrs, modern design, plenty of outlets, the daytime view of the Potomac river is gorgeous. Now, the ugly part… The service here stinks. First of all, order expedition is SO slow. Secondly, the employees need some help with customer relations. The frontline, drive-​thru attendants, etc… everyone just seems miserable. There is something going on internally and I don’t know what, but things need to change. This McDonald’s and their employees need to put some pep in their step. Hire employees that not only need to work, but want to work. Learn a thing or two from the Livingston Square location.

I don’t usually eat fast food but when I do I choose McDonald’s. And when I have to pick one I don’t drive across the street to the nearest one… oh no. I go the 8 miles down the road to this one.
It’s 24 hours inside and out. The newly designed place is sleek, open, and very modern looking especially with their party/​dinner table in the center. Nearly every booth has an outlet so if you need to charge your phone you can. The bathrooms are usually clean and the view over the Potomac isn’t half bad.
The food? Meh, it’s McDonald’s.
