Horrible customer service. The lady taking orders was super unfriendly and did not even acknowledge me or say hi as I stood in front of her ready to order.

Worse than awful… If I could give less than one star I would. The chicken they gave me on my salad was beyond old and beyond dry. I drove back to get my money back and they had the nerve to think I wanted a replacement salad. Were they kidding? Once you violate my trust, you’ll never get my money again.

Worst damn «fast» food restaurant in the area. I mean if you can’t run a Wendy’s with 3 cars in the drive thru am with the inside closed then you don’t need to be open at all.
Last time I came they were out of romaine lettuce for the Caesar salad. 10 minute wait for fried chicken for the salad. 10 minute wait for chicken nuggets. Didn’t have any sauce other than ranch. No chili. I literally just drove off. Next thing I know they will tell me they don’t have hamburgers. This place sucks. Replace it with a chipotle or something.

The WORST Wendy’s in the DMV area. Don’t waste your time & money. This location has been like this for years. The FOOD AND SERVICE is terrible. Just go ahead and shut it down. If u really want Wendy’s go to the one in Accokeek or Waldorf.

Their salads are brown, they have fruit flies all over the place. Their table and chairs in the inside all are unbalanced that its crazy.

Sufficient Wendy’s location. Went in for a quick mid-​afternoon meal and a refill on the way out. It could stand for a renovation and/​or a deep clean, but the staff was good and I would definitely come back if I were in the area.

I live in the neighborhood and this is the closest Wendy’s. I go there to get a little variety from the other available fast food establishments. However, this particular store has the distinct «honor» of being the worst Wendy’s I have ever been in. It seems the employees simply don’t want to be working there. I cannot use the drive-​thru because they almost always mess up your order. Even when I go inside it takes forever for them to make a simple sandwich. Many times I have to stand and wait at the counter because no one is there to take my order. The staff turnover in this store is considerable. The food is generally cooked OK, no real complaints there. However, it just takes too long. In many cases the person taking your money doesn’t bother to help the person making the sandwich (like get the fries or a drink). They just stand around and watch. Several years ago I had a fairly serious incident on the drive-​thru (the one and only time I used it). I sent a complaint letter to Wendy’s corporate office. All I got back was a fluff letter saying they would do better.

Wendy’s has the best menu of the big 3; always like their sandwiches. And on that basis I’d give 4 stars.
However, their fries taste awful now — not a critique of this location, but nationally. I normally love skin-​on fries but in Wendy’s case, I’m afraid their «win» — convincing the FDA that it’s «O.K» to put a silicon derivative in their oil — to ‘lessen the bubbling’/oil loss — is a big loser for me. The taste sucks and if you taste very carefully, you can tell something is amiss. Just a little extra slippery/​funky beyond the grease taste.
This location — needs to fix their drive through speaker too. Drive through can be heard 500 ft away when they confirm your order; it’s deafening. Also, I’ve had mixed experiences with rudeness — depending on the day, «ThatALL!!!» — is not how you end a conversation with a customer… othertimes: nice.

I’ve grown up around this Wendy’s my whole life and needless to say it is probably the worst Wendy’s in the region. I have so many stories about this Wendy’s, especially the number of orders they have messed up, but I will just sum the experience up with telling you about the very last time I went here. My wife and I were trying to get our daughter something to eat so this was the closest place. I told my wife to beware about this location, but because this was a preference we stopped at this location. We went through the drive through and we told them that we want a plan cheese burger without ketchup. When we got a our sandwich of course that put everything on it. My wife goes inside to tell them that they messed up but then we realized that we didn’t even get a receipt. So my wife goes inside, the manager tells her that they do not give out receipts and said it with a bit of an attitude. This prompted me to go in and question the manager as to why they didn’t have receipts and she stated that they haven’t done for years. Obviously the manager was lying and I was told that the store will be dealt with after filing a complaint with the national headquarters. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this store or you will be writing stories like mine.

Tried this Wendy’s twice. On both occasions, they got my order wrong and my #6 fries and sandwich were drenched in grease.

This Wendy’s is okay except for the fact that they run out of things a lot. One time they ran out of baked potatoes for a week.
Recently my boyfriend and I went there and ordered a bacon and blue, fish sandwhich meal, and an oreo twisted frosty. When we got to the window we received everything except the twisted frosty that we paid for. My boyfriend looked at me (ready to choke the guy at the window) because somehow the guy forgot that we ordered one. I said we had a twisted frosty too. The guy laughed and said «Oh sorry, I forgot.»
My boyfriend is not one to play with when it comes not receiving what was paid for. We go back there for my boyfriend’s weekly twisted frosty but I wouldn’t suggest placing a big order because you won’t get everything on the first try.
Overall okay though.
