We seem to be gluttons for punishment! This place is close, they send coupons via mail and email and we get a bday meal coupon for our son. One of the few restaurants nearby that seems like it would be cheap for a family, but never is! Service is hardly ever good, food is always messed up, and we are always shocked at the prices for what you get. Think maybe we finally learned our lesson! I have even talked to corporate, but nothing seems to change! Biggest beef, if you are going to make a menu with pics of the food, then the food better at least somewhat resemble the picture!

This location is in desperate need of a manager and a good cook. Close to our house, so we would like to go more often, but 3 strikes … Your out. My son’s bacon and hash browns looked they were left over from the previous day. My stuffing was two lumps of colorless, flavorless mush.

Don’t come here for the evening shift. Nobody is at the door and you stand there waiting to be noticed and seated. Once you’re seated they don’t come back for over 5 minutes to get a drink order in. Once they take your order she came back 3 times to clarify what I already told her. Then there wasn’t a fork in the rolled up napkin. Servers just stand around up front and loudly chat in front of guests, they clean around your table like they’re closing just to get out early. I’ve gotten take out here and they always forget something in the order. The value on the food is good and there is variety but the management and staff here are so unprofessional that I’m done with this place for good.

I shouldn’t have expected much for a chain like Bob Evan’s, but my Patachou addiction has made me look down on all other omelettes. Wanting something fresh and healthy, I ordered the garden harvest omelette with spinach, onions, etc. What came out to me looked nice, but I quickly noticed 1) it was greasy looking and 2) it was smothered in hollandaise sauce. So much for being healthy. The veggies were scant and sad, and there was too much cheese. Service was friendly but a slow… but then she gave us the bill when I wasn’t done eating like«hurry up.» The few highlights: my dish came with a good cup of fresh fruit(grapes, pineapple and cantaloupe) and the biscuits are delish! Plus it’s conveniently located right off I-69 for travelers.

Horrible horrible horrible. Honestly i think this is the worst service ive ever had anywherre. Now they were busy but we were seated and it took 20 o minutes just to get drink orders and then it took another 10 to take our food orders. We didnt get our food untill over and hour of being seated. Long story short food, unsatisfying. service, horible.

It is understandable that this isn’t great food but it goes from tolerable to intolerable when some guy travels from table to table telling had jokes and interrupting your dinner.

Was better when Bob Evans had B1G1 °F coupons out. Still good. If it isn’t good here just have them take it back. We like their breakfasts and breads. Hope they keep improving and having promotions.

Your typical Midwest breakfast place. As a chain, they are all corporately owned and each place is exactly alike. Food is okay. It’s a busy place on the weekends and therefore service is kind of slow — but the manager came by multiple times to see how we were doing and check up on other tables. This location is clean(I.e. Menu’s aren’t sticky, tables are wiped down, floor doesn’t have hash browns all over the place) and the servers are friendly. Portions are huge! Biscuits are great! They also offer coffee to-go at the end of the meal which is unique to most chains.

I stop here for breakfast. The servers in the morning are very nice. The breakfast is consistently good. My favorite is the Rise and Shine.

I was really looking forward to trying another Midwest breakfast staple, and was hoping that it would find itself above the likes of Cracker Barrel and the disgusting place called«Perkins». Unfortunately, I was yet again disappointed, and kind of disgusted. The staff were friendly enough, the food was standard(and greasy), the service was quick– as well as the nausea that quickly came upon both my husband and I as we were leaving. I hope that this was unique to this location and this time, but my hesitation to trying it again is still palpable.

Bob Evans is great, just not this one. Avoid this location, smaller than normal portions. They don’t like to do carry out, so their version of the family meal is for 2 and a half people. This review is for over 6 trips, no more at this location.

I would give a 3+ if there whoud be an option. For four of us we ordered farm market salad and beef veg soup, omelet and blueberry crepes. My grandma asked for a spoon for the coffee. It took a while time before weitres brought it. My sister asked french fries but she got baked potato. :( Other then that, service was friendly and food was good.

For lunch, I got the BOBEVANSWILDFIRE™ CHICKENSALAD – Wildfire fried chicken, BBQ tortilla strips, corn, scallions and cheddar cheese top mixed greens. Served with Bob Evans® Wildfire Ranch dressing. The description is a lie. There’s not such thing as mixed greens in this salad. Just iceberg lettuce that was starting to rot. Yep. but I’m not surprised. The BBQ chicken was pretty tender and juicy, and I loved the BBQ sauce. Very tangy, and a bit of spice. The cheese and scallions really complimented the salad and made it bearable to eat. Next time, I would just go for a sandwich.

I have been to this location several times — but mostly for breakfast. The service at breakfast has always been friendly and efficient. BUT at dinner, we usually have slow service and not very friendly. I must say though, that when we went last night about 7:45 in the evening, they were very friendly and the service was good and reasonably fast. The food is usually good, except for the chili, which I think has a funny taste. Stick with the baked potato soup — it is wonderful. Also make sure to order the rolls and biscuits. The banana bread would have been much better if it had been warm — it was cold. SO — order the potato soup and every bread item on the menu :)
