This place has the absolute best service. I recognize that it is a fast food joint but these people are amazing every time i come here. Spicy chicken Mmmmmm!!!

Super friendly staff, clean environment, and the best chicken sandwiches ever.
Everyone is so courteous and helpful, and the service is prompt and attentive. Having young children, the staff was attentive and were quick to provide a helping hand.
The food as always is amazing. Please come to the Greater Detroit area soon :)

Love visiting Chick-​fil-​A. Always friendly staff, consistent food quality, and a clean seating area.
Even on very busy weekend days they have done a good job having all the cash registers open taking orders and moving the crowd fast.

The food is really good for a fast food chain, and the service is excellent for this kind of establishment, too. I don’t go here much because the waits are extremely long. Every time I drive by, there are lines wrapped around the building for the drive-​through, and the inside is packed as well. Perhaps someone should consider opening up a second location?

It’s always an awesome experience going here, great to my children (they order there own food) food comes out fast and just an all-​around great experience!!!

When I saw this I had to laugh, not a funny laugh. A wicked laugh… The one and only time my Husband and I went to the drive up we order 4 chicken with biscuits… Got home and only 2 had meat. the other 2 looked like someone took the meat off because the biscuit was greasy… Maybe you better feed your help… Never been back…

I went through the drive through yesterday to pick up dinner for the family. I have been here many times before and have always had EXCELLENT service, and this time was no different. The employees are always so polite, and the food always tastes fresh and hot.
I like the kids meals. The choices include healthy sides like fruit and 1% milk, so I don’t mind taking the kids there. Plus, the books that are included in the kids meals are nice. They also allow you to buy the whole set of books if your kids like them. Overall, it’s always a good experience at this restaurant.

Unbelievably nice people, ridiculously fast, hot, and delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere is what makes Chick-​Fil-​A my favorite fast food restaurant. From the fresh lemonade to the gourmet salads to the classic chicken strips and waffle fries, this place will always have something for everyone. It’s the American Dream the way it’s supposed to be. These folks know exactly what it means to put the customer first. We love eating here, because they are considerate and always kind, never forgetting to say, «My Pleasure to serve you» whenever you thank them for something. The prices are reasonable, food is fresh, delicious, and FAST! Today I slid and went down on one knee coming back from the restroom. They had posted a sign that a spot was wet, but I missed it. As soon as I went down, there was a gentleman server at my side to make sure I was helped up again immediately. A few minutes later a manager came to offer me a free dessert (which I declined, as I had already eaten plenty!), and offer any assistance that was needed. A great group, I must say! I am still fine, only a very small bruise on my knee.

Normally I don’t stop to write a review for a fast food joint but I went to this location against my will during lunch hour and whoa are they good. I was most impressed that they have crossing guards (really friendly crossing guards w/​fancy yellow safety vests who ask me how my meal was) in the parking lot to help with the high lunch hour traffic.
The customer service here was just amazing and made me feel like I was at a classy joint with chandaliers.

Best run fast food joint in town. Super fast and super courteous service. Awesome chicken sandwiches and amazing waffle fries. A little more expensive than other fast food, but SO worth it.

Haven’t been here much, because I don’t go out for lunch and they are closed on Sundays. Had a chance to get here today at lunchtime. There was a line, but it moved pretty quickly. I even had a special order of a sandwich with no pickle (hate pickels). My order was a plain chicken sandwich and a cup of their chicken noodle soup. the sandwich tasted good, and the bun had a great buttery-​grilled taste. The soup was just ok, but what got me was when I was finished, I noticed that the bowl had a false bottom — you don’t get nearly what it looks like you are getting. All in all, it was a good lunch — much better than the slimfast shake I am used to having :)

I have never taken the time to review fast food… b/​c well, it is what it is… you typically know what to expect and nothing worth writing about (except possibly the extra greese coming back up your throat), but I have to say… I am a believer in the Chick-​Fil-​A. Every time I see one of their «Eat More Chikin» ads, I now want to go out and do that!
It was fresh and well prepared and coocked right. I have never heard of a wrong order at this location or any that have been written about in the other reviews unfortunately for my car this location is more than a few miles from my farm. Unfortunatly my new addiction imight be their chicken nuggets, and my favorite sandwich is the Deluxe. I also like their sweet tea. I bought an entire gallon before leaving, so now, every time I drink a glass… I think of them
In any case, my only true disappointment is the fries… they where written up in the busness section of the newpaper. (They beat out Mc Donalds)? But they still get a five star for amazing service, politeness and overall service, and everything was hot, and FAST. Somehow even during a lunch rush with 20 cars in line, I never saw anyone wait more than 5 – 7 minutes. That is great to someone who wishes high speed internet would move faster!
Note_​_​I know that having about nine reviews, on the same fast food place. Removes the (cool factor).
Also note the north side location does no have any. Might go there in about six months?
Avoid the beef, eat more chikin

My friends and I were on a road trip, and we made it to this chick-​fil-​a 10 minutes before it closed. The food was awesome — everything was so fresh! Drinks (Lemonade and peach milkshake) were also different from other fast food chains — so fresh and not too sweet.
The staff was very helpful, patient, and generous. We were able to stay until we finished the meal. Highly recommended!

I don’t know if all Chick-Fil-A’s are as awesome as this one. If they aren’t they should be!

We visit this location for lunch at least once or twice a week — ESPECIALLY now that they have the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich (I think my husband dreams about it)!
The food is excellent; always right, always delish, always hot!
The staff is amazing and the manager is SO friendly!
This place is packed after 11:30 every day! It’s that awesome!

Having worked at this location I can say that it is cleaner in the kitchen where the food is prepared than the dining areas of most restaurants. The food is always prepared fresh and the lemonade is hand squeezed. These guys know how to do it like its done in the South and that includes the hospitality.
My only request is that Chick-​fil-​A set up shop on the West Coast… PLEASE!
