Went to get two adult meals and one kid’s meal. They forgot to add the milk to the kids meal and didn’t give us two turnovers that were ordered. I usually check to make sure that I received everything but I thought that the order was so
simple that they couldn’t mess it up. Never again.

Ordered 4 Biscuits and gravy (6 people in our family) they gave us hard ripped up biscuits that looked like that days mess ups that they were going to throw away. If you order it individually you may get quality product but any more than 2 and they have attitude and it just flat out sucks! We couldnt even eat 2 full orders. This is about 3rd time we give up. Never again! #lostcustomers

I stop by about once a week on lunch break and always have friendly service and it’s a clean restaurant. All I really want from a fast food joint.

We go here for breakfast, about once a week, and usually have the same man help us. He is short with us, and unfriendly, and never says hi or thank you. He hands us our food and his window closes without a word from him. Most of the time he gets our order right, and we get the same thing every time. I don’t know if it’s an Arby’s thing, or a location thing, but they always used to slice the breakfast wrap in half, and never do anymore. Sometimes the hashbrowns are so crunchy and too hard.
With that said, otherwise this location is fine. Not extraordinary, but fine
